Claims (18)
- 유속 QEB = VEB/h (VEB는 체적임)로 연속 유동으로 급송되는 액체 및/또는 슬러지 내에 존재하는 콜로이드상 구조물을 처리함으로써 액체 및/또는 슬러지를 정화하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
유동은 대기압에 대해 과압 상태인 챔버(2, E) 내로 주입되고,
상기 챔버는 둘 이상의 입구들과 출구를 구비하며 연속 또는 반연속 유동 통과 챔버이고,
상기 챔버는 체적 v < VEB/20을 갖고 공기(10)가 유속 d로 동시에 주입됨으로써 챔버에 혼합물을 생성하고 상기 혼합물을 출구로 순환시켜 액체 및/또는 슬러지를 상기 출구를 통해 연속적으로 탈출하고,
공기는 유속 d > 1.5 QEB로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 유동은 서로 상으로 투사되는 적어도 2개의 부분 유동으로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공기는 1.4 bar 내지 2.5 bar의 압력으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 물을 포함하고, 유동은 챔버의 하부 절반부(33) 내에 위치되는 2개의 동일한 대향 오리피스(22)를 통해 체적 v < VEB/20의 챔버(2, E) 내로 주입되고, 공기는 오리피스 아래에서 주입되고, 공기, 물 및 슬러지는 챔버의 상부 부분에서 탈출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, v ≤ VEB/50인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, v ≤ VEB/100인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 액체 시약(37)이 챔버(2, E)의 내부로 유속 q로 연속적으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시약은 슬러지의 건조 물질 함량의 0.05중량% 내지 0.1중량%의 비율로 챔버의 난류 영역으로 첨가되는 응집제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유속 QEB는 15 ㎥/h 이상이고, 유속 d는 25 ㎥/h 이상이고, 챔버 내의 상대 압력은 0.8 bar 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유속 QEB는 20 ㎥/h 이상이고, 유속 d는 50 ㎥/h 이상이고, 챔버(2, E) 내의 상대 압력은 1.2 bar 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 액체 시약은 양이온 유기 응집제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 출현한 유출물을 탈기시키고, 얻어진 가스를 챔버의 저부 부분에 공기를 급송하는 데 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유속 QEB = VEB/h (VEB는 체적임)로 연속 유동으로 급송되는 액체 및/또는 슬러지 내에 존재하는 콜로이드상 구조물을 처리하기 위한 장치(20)에 있어서,
체적 v < VEB/20의 폐쇄 유동 통과 챔버(2, E)로서, 상기 챔버의 하부 절반부(23)에 위치되는 적어도 2개의 동일한 대향 오리피스(22), 및 출구를 포함하는, 챔버(2, E)와,
슬러지를 수집하고, 오리피스(22) 중 하나를 통해 각각 주입되는 적어도 2개의 부분 유동으로 챔버 내로 이처럼 수집된 슬러지 유동을 급송하기 위한 수단(55)과,
유속 d로 챔버에 공기(32)를 급송하여 혼합물을 생성하는 수단(31)과,
과압 상태로 챔버를 유지하도록 배치되며, 총 혼합물을 출구를 통해 연속적으로 또는 반연속적으로 제거하기 위한 수단(41, 42)을 포함하고,
공기는 유속 d > 1.5 QEB로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제14항에 있어서, 유동은 특정된 임계 수치 위에서 해제되는 압력 릴리프 밸브(42)를 통해 상부 부분에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, v ≤ VEB/50인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, v ≤ VEB/100인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 챔버(2, E) 내로 직접적으로 특정된 유속으로 액체 시약(37)을 급송하기 위한 수단(36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
