Claims (18)

1. Postupak za čišćenje tekućine i/ili mulja korištenjem koloidnih sustava sadržanih u samoj tekućini i/ili samom mulju, koji se dovode kontinuiranom brzinom protoka QEB = VEB / sat, pri čemu je VEB volumen, naznačen time, da se tok usmjereva na komoru (2, E), a komora ima pozitivan pritisak u odnosu na atmosferski pritisak, te koja komora postaje komora za stalno ili isprekidano ispuštanje toka volumena v < VEB / 20, dok se zrak (10) istovremeno ubrizgava u komoru brzinom protoka d ispod dovoda protoka u samoj komori.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da protok čine najmanje dva odvojena dijela toka koji se vežu jedan na drugi.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se zrak ubrizgava brzinom protoka d > 1,5 QEB.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se zrak ubrizgava pod tlakom od 1,4 bara do 2,5 bara.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se tok injektira u komoru (2, E) volumena v < VEB / 20 kroz dva identična otvora (22) postavljenih jedan nasuprot drugom u donji dio same komore (33), zrak se ubrizgava ispod navedenih otvora, a zrak, voda i mulj se izbacuju kroz gornji dio komore.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da v ≤ VEB / 50.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da v ≤ VEB /100.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u komoru (2, E) kontinuirano dodaje najmanje jedan tekući reagens (37) brzinom protoka g.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time, da je reagens flokulant koji se dodaje u području turbulencije komore u omjerima između 0,05 % i 0,1% udjela suhe tvari koji se nalazi u mulju.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je brzina protoka QEB veća od ili jednaka 15 m3 / h, brzina protoka d je veća od ili jednaka 25 m3 / h, a relativni tlak u komori veći je od ili jednak 0,8 bara.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da je brzina protoka QEB veća ili jednaka 20 m3 / h, brzina protoka d je veća od ili jednaka 50 m3 / h, a relativni pritisak u komori je veći od 1,2 bara.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da je tekući reagens organski flokulant kationskog tipa.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se na izlazu iz komore efluent otplinjuje, a dobiveni plinovi uvode se u struju zraka u donjem dijelu.
14. Uređaj (20) koji se koristi za koloidne sustave sadržane u tekućini i/ili mulju koji se dovodi kontinuiranim tokom brzinom protoka QEB = VEB / sat, pri čemu je VEB volumen, naznačen time, da sadržava - zatvorenu komoru (2, E) za prolaz protoka volumena v < VEB / 20 koja sadržava barem dva identična nasuprotna otvora (22) smještenih jedan nasuprot drugome u svojoj donjoj polovici (23), - napravu (55) za prikupljanje mulja i dovođenje u komoru toka mulja prikupljenog na taj način u najmanje dva djelomična toka, a svaki se ubrizgava u jedan od navedenih otvora (22), - napravu (31) za dovođenje zraka (32) brzinom protoka d prilagođenu za ubrizgavanje zraka u komom ispod navedenih otvora te napravu (41,42) za stalno ili isprekidano ispuštanje toka, uređenu na način da održava pozitivan pritisak u komori.
15. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time, da se tok ispušta u gornjem dijelu preko sigurnosnog tlačnog ventila (42) koji se aktivira iznad zadane vrijednosti praga.
16. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 ili 15, naznačen time, da v ≤ VEB / 50.
17. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da v ≤ VEB /100.
18. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 14 do 17, naznačen time, da sadržava napravu (36) za dovod tekućeg reagensa (37) zadanom brzinom protoka izravno u komoru (2, E).
