Claims (21)

1. Postupak za odvajanje tekućeg dijela i suspendirane tvari iz mulja koji se dovodi kontinuiranim tokom, brzinom protoka QEB = V / sat, pri čemu je V volumen u koji se zrak ubrizgava brzinom protoka d, naznačen time, da tok čine najmanje dva djelomična toka (4) koji su usmjereni jedan na drugi u komori (2, E) volumena v < V / 20 radi protjecanja toka pod tlakom, zrak (10) se ubrizgava u komoru uz održavanje tlaka na vrijednosti većoj od navedene, zatim se suspendirana tvar iz mulja koji je obrađen na navedeni način filtrira ili odlije u sabirni spremnik (45) u kojem kruta tvar (50) ili pogača pada u donji dio spremnika i odvaja se od tekućeg dijela koji se stalno prazni.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se zrak ubrizgava brzinom protoka d > 1,5 QEB.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se zrak ubrizgava pod tlakom od 1,4 bara do 2, 5 bara.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se tok injektira u komoru volumena v < V / 20 kroz dva identična otvora (5, 6; 22) postavljenih jedan nasuprot drugom u donji dio navedene komore, zrak se ubrizgava ispod navedenih otvora, a tok se izbacuje kontinuirano ili povremeno kroz gornji dio komore.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se sabirni spremnik (45) kontinuirano prazni prelijevanjem.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da v ≤ V / 50.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da v ≤ V / 100.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je brzina protoka QEB veća od ili jednaka 15 m3 / h, brzina protoka d je veća od ili jednaka 25 m3 / h, a relativni tlak u komori veći je od ili jednak 0,8 bara.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da je brzina protoka QEB veća ili jednaka 20 m3 / h, brzina protoka d je veća od ili jednaka 50 m3 / h, a relativni pritisak u komori je veći od 1,2 bara.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u komoru kontinuirano dodaje najmanje jedan tekući reagens (37) brzinom protoka g.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da se reagens dodaje u području turbulencije komore u omjerima između 0,05 % i 0,1% udjela suhe tvari koji se nalazi u mulju.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se nikakav flokulant ne dodaje prije i / ili u komori.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se na izlazu iz komore efluent otplinjuje, a dobiveni plinovi uvode se u struju zraka u donjem dijelu.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se dobiveni kruti talog prikupi i iz njega se ukloni voda sušenjem, stlačivanjem ili centrifugiranjem kako bi se dobila skrutnuta pogača.
15. Pogača skrutnutog mulja dobivena postupkom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time, da joj je poroznost između 5 % i 15 %.
16. Uređaj za razdvajanje tekućeg dijela i suspendirane tvari iz mulja koji se dovodi kontinuiranim tokom brzinom protoka QEB = V / sat, pri čemu je V volumen, koji sadržava napravu za ubrizgavanje zraka brzinom protoka d, spremnik (45) za prikupljanje i filtriranje ili odlijevanje suspendirane tvari iz toka koji se na taj način obrađuje, kao i napravu (48) za kontinuirano pražnjenje supernatanta izvan navedenog spremnika, naznačen time, da sadržava - komoru (2, E) volumena v < V / 20 koja sadržava barem dva identična nasuprotna otvora u svojoj donjoj polovici (23), - napravu za prikupljanje mulja i dovođenje u navedenu komoru toka mulja prikupljenog na taj način u najmanje dva djelomična toka, a svaki se ubrizgava u jedan od navedenih otvora, - napravu za dovođenje zraka brzinom protoka d prilagođenu za ubrizgavanje zraka u komoru ispod navedenih otvora te napravu za stalno ili isprekidano ispuštanje toka, a tlak u komori veći je od zadane vrijednost! praga.
17. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da se tok ispušta u gornjem dijelu preko sigurnosnog tlačnog ventila (42) koji se aktivira iznad zadane vrijednosti praga.
18. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 16 ili 17, naznačen time, da napravu za stalno pražnjenje supernatanta čini naprava za gravitacijsko prelijevanje.
19. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 18, naznačen time, da v ≤ V / 50.
20. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 19, naznačen time, da v ≤ V / 100.
21. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 20, naznačen time, da sadržava napravu (36) za dovod tekućeg zadanom brzinom protoka izravno u navedenu komoru.
