Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε μία μέθοδο διαχωρισμού του υγρού τμήματος από την αιωρούμενη ύλη σε μια λάσπη που παρέχεται σε συνεχή ροή με ρυθμό ροής QEB = V/ώρα. Η ροή διαιρείται σε τουλάχιστον δύο μερικές ροές, οι οποίες ψεκάζονται η μία επί της άλλης σε ένα σφραγισμένο θάλαμο όγκου v<V/20, εγχέοντας ταυτοχρόνως αέρα εντός αυτού με ρυθμό ροής d, ο εν λόγω δε θάλαμος διατηρείται υπό συνθήκες υπερπίεσης. Η εναιωρούμενη ύλη της ούτω κατεργασμένης ροής στη συνέχεια αφήνεται να διαχωριστεί σε ένα θάλαμο συλλογής, με το κέικ ή το στερεό τμήμα να πέφτει στον πυθμένα και να διαχωρίζεται από το υγρό τμήμα, το οποίο συνεχώς εκκενώνεται.
