Claims (35)
1. Postupak za obradu i preradu tekućeg mulja (2, 31), pri čemu se prva emulzija mulja (14, 57, 89) stvara u povezanoj posudi pod pritiskom (5, 6, 33, 52, 83, 117, 119, 131) u koju se kontinuirano dovodi tekući mulj s prvom brzinom protoka Q (m3/h), sudaranjem tekućeg mulja (2, 31, 81) sa zrakom (13) koji se ubrizgava u spremnik (5) brzinom protoka Q' (Nm3/h), pri čemu je Q' > 5Q, pražnjenje navedene prve emulzije odvija se na izlazu spremnika preko komponenti (18, 38, 61) koje stvaraju gubitak tlaka, zatim se filtriranje ili dekantiranje tako dobivene suspendirane tvari emulzije (23) provodi odvajanjem od tekuće frakcije (27, 49, 105, 112) koja se prazni kontinuirano, naznačen time, da se za stvaranje navedene prve emulzije sudaranjem mulja sa zrakom, mulj (2) i zrak (13) injektiraju u prvu zonu (8, 56, 84, 117, 133) posude, a tako formirana emulzija odvodi se prema drugoj zoni (16, 59, 91, 119, 141) spremnika koja se proteže preko prve zadane duljine L1, injektiranje zraka i guste otopine u prvu zonu i duljina L1 pridonose stvaranju prve emulzije koja se sastoji od kapljica mulja u zraku, potom se provodi pražnjenje prve emulzije iz spremnika, preko komponente koja stvara gubitak tlaka u cjevastom kućištu (19, 43, 62, 121) koje se proteže duž druge zadane duljine L2, u koju se ubrizgava barem jedan flokulant (22, 45, 73, 98, 123), kako bi se u navedenom kućištu dobila druga emulzija zraka u koaguliranom i flokuliranom tekućem mulju, te da je navedena druga emulzija (20, 46, 67) barem djelomično otplinjena odzračivanjem (20) kućišta prije navedene filtracije (25, 25') ili dekantiranja.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da prva zona ima mali volumen koji je manji od 0,05 m3.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je prva zadana duljina L1 veća od 50 cm.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time, da je druga zadana duljina L2 veća od 1 m.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je srednji tlak P u spremniku (5, 33) takav da je 1,5 bar <P <10 bara i Q' takav da je 10 Q ≤ Q' ≤ 100 Q.
