Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и устройству (1) для обработки и кондиционирования жидких отходов (2), а также к отвержденному брикету, полученному указанным способом, согласно которому первую эмульсию отходов (14) создают в находящемся на линии резервуаре (5, 6), который заполняют с расходом Q (м/ч), что позволяет ввести отходы в плотный контакт с воздухом (13), инжектируемым в первую область (8) резервуара, имеющую малый объем, составляющий менее 0,05 м, с расходом Q' (Nм/ч), причем Q' > 5Q, для получения первой эмульсии (14), которую затем перемещают во вторую зону (16) резервуара, которая простирается на заранее заданную первую длину L, а затем выгружают через элемент конструкции, создающий перепад давления (18), в камеру (19), простирающуюся на заранее заданную вторую длину L. Инжектируют по меньшей мере один флокулянт (22) для получения второй скоагулированной эмульсии (23), которую, по меньшей мере частично, дегазируют. Затем суспендированный материал второй полученной таким образом эмульсии (23) отфильтровывают или декантируют.
