Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif (1) de traitement et de conditionnement de boues liquides (2), et une galette de boue solidifiée obtenue avec un tel procédé dans lequel on crée une première émulsion (14) de boue dans un récipient (5, 6) en ligne alimenté à un premier débit Q (m3/h), par choc de la boue avec de l'air (13) injecté dans le récipient à un débit Q' (Nm3/h) avec Q' > 5Q dans une première zone (8) de petit volume inférieur à 0, 05 m , pour créer la première émulsion 14), véhiculée ensuite dans une deuxième zone (16) du récipient s'étendant sur une première longueur déterminée Li, puis on l'évacue via un organe générant une perte de charge (18) dans une enceinte (19) s'étendant sur une seconde longueur déterminée L . On injecte au moins un floculant (22), pour obtenir une deuxième émulsion (23) coagulée qu'on dégaze au moins en partie, puis on filtre ou on laisse décanter les matières en suspension de la deuxième émulsion (23) ainsi obtenue.
