도 2는, 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체 화합물을 간 세포에 처리하였을 때 간 세포의 생존율에 미치는 영향을 MTT assay를 통해 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은, 간 세포에 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체 화합물, 및 글루카곤을 각각 처리하였을 때, 당 신생합성에 핵심적 유전자인 PEPCK, G6Pase의 발현 변화를 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응(Real-time PCR)으로 확인하여 상기 유전자의 발현 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는, 간 세포에 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체 화합물을 처리하였을 때, 간 세포에서 생성되는 당의 농도를 QuantiChrom Glucose Assay kit를 사용하여 측정한 결과이다.
도 5는, 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체 화합물을 농도별로 처리하였을 때, AMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase)의 인산화 정도를 웨스턴 블랏(western blot)으로 확인한 결과이다.
