실시예Example 2: 뱀장어 양식 실험 2: Eel culture experiment

뱀장어(Anguilla japonica)는 각 수조당 1,000마리(평균 100 g/마리)를 이용하였고, 사료는 시판중인 일반사료(제품명: 뱀장어 성만사료)를 투여하였고, 사료공급량은 뱀장어 체중의 1.5%를 공급하였다. 혼합 균주 배양액은 각 수조 물 1톤당 매일 30 mL씩 공급하면서 50일 동안 순환 여과방식으로 양식하였다. 수조의 온도는 25±1℃로 유지하면서 1일 환수량, pH, 아질산 및 암모니아 가스 농도를 측정하였고, 아질산 및 암모니아 가스 농도는 매일 오전 6시 환수 전 수조의 물을 채취하여 측정하였다.
