Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bacillus methylotrophicus LW-6 deodorization epidemic prevention agent for air treatment of an animal farm, belonging to the technical field of microorganisms.
Background
Epidemic diseases and common diseases of livestock and poultry caused by pathogenic bacteria are one of the main causes of the loss of the breeding industry in the world. Moreover, most of the modern large-scale livestock and poultry are raised in closed colony houses, pathogenic bacteria contained in excrement and secretion of the livestock and poultry cause air odor and pathogen pollution to induce frequent mass diseases of the livestock and poultry, and people mainly adopt chemical disinfectants to prevent and treat the diseases and treat odor for half a century, but the effect is very little. On the other hand, many chemical disinfectants have the characteristics of high toxicity, high residue, difficult degradation, secondary pollution and the like, and with the long-term unreasonable use of the chemical disinfectants, the environmental pollution is serious day by day, and the health of people and livestock is greatly threatened. In addition, the prevention and treatment efficiency of the chemical disinfectant is gradually reduced due to the continuous occurrence of drug-resistant germs. The use amount and the use frequency are continuously increased, so that the residual quantity of the chemical disinfectant is gradually increased, and the chemical disinfectant has greater harm to the safety of people and livestock.
In recent years, with the emergence of various livestock influenza epidemics, the trend that livestock influenza viruses are spread to human beings after variation gradually appears, and the most easily spread way, namely air spread, still has no better sterilization prevention way at present.
Odor refers to all gaseous substances that irritate the human olfactory organs, cause unpleasant sensations, and damage the living environment. Common odor contaminants include ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, and the like. These odor contaminations are the second largest hazard to farm contamination next to pathogenic bacteria. At present, an efficient and safe biological deodorant is not available, particularly, an effective treatment method for methyl mercaptan odor is not available, and bacillus methylotrophicus can just utilize the odor as a nutrient substance for self growth to absorb, convert and degrade.
Bacillus methylotrophicus LW-6(Bacillus methylotrophicus) is a gram-positive bacterium that can grow using a single carbon methyl compound as a carbon and energy source. The monocarbon compound is a compound containing only one carbon atom in the molecule, such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, methanol and the like, the bacterium can change the monocarbon compound which is inexhaustible in the nature into mycoprotein, plant nutrition and organic matters, the metabolite of the bacterium has rich diversity and probiotic characteristics, and the probiotic bacterium has the advantages of multi-stress resistance to external environmental factors, no pollution, no toxicity, and the like, and is increasingly applied to the fields of agriculture, medicine, environmental protection and the like in recent years. Therefore, the intensive research and development of the Bacillus methylotrophicus LW-6 has epoch-making practical significance.
In addition, active substances such as antibiotics, polymyxin, nystatin, gramicidin and the like generated by the LW-6 thallus in the growth process of the Bacillus methylotrophicus have obvious inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria or conditional pathogenic bacteria of endogenous infection.
