Claims (2)
- 전자발생부로부터 방출된 전자가 타겟 지지체에 고정된 타겟에 충돌하여 엑스선을 방출하는 엑스선관에 있어서,
내부에 전자총과 타겟을 수용하는 하우징; 및
상기 하우징의 내벽에서 엑스선관의 방출부위에 인접하여 배치되고 타겟으로부터 발생된 열을 흡수하여 외부로 방출하는 열전소자를 구비하는 방열기구;를 구비하며,
상기 방열기구는,
하우징 내부의 측벽 및 저면에 밀착되어 타겟을 중심으로 대칭적으로 배열되고 흡열면이 타겟을 지향하도록 배치되며 방열면은 하우징의 측벽부위에 밀착되어 배치되어 하우징의 측벽 측으로 열을 방출하는 엑스선관의 방열구조.
