The sea surface collected from fresh water was dried and pulverized to a water content of 8%, and separated into 60 mesh sieve to prepare sponge powder. To 50 g of the sea surface powder prepared, 200 mL of distilled water was added, and the mixture was stirred at 4 캜 for about 2 hours. Next, the stirred mixture was placed in a sealed pouch, and 0.6 L of protease and 0.6 L of alkarazine were added. The conditions of the enzyme reactor were adjusted to 50 캜 and 60 MPa, and the enzyme reaction was carried out for about 24 hours. The mixture was centrifuged at 15,000 rpm after the enzymatic reaction of the sealed pouch. After centrifugation, the supernatant was removed, washed with 200 mL of a mixture of chloroform and methanol at a weight ratio of 7: 3, and then the solvent was removed. The process of washing with water and then precipitating was repeated 3 times. After that, the powder was placed in an electric furnace, and the temperature was successively elevated at 110 DEG C for 30 minutes, at 390 DEG C for 35 minutes, and at 800 DEG C for 55 minutes. Acetylhexapeptide-8 / palmitoylpentapeptide was spray-sprayed onto the sea tangle fragments obtained by the above process and air-mixed and coated.
