As the electronic display industry rapidly develops, flat panel displays (FPDs) are emerging.
2. Description of the Related Art A flat panel display (FPD) is used for a display such as a TV, a computer monitor, and a terminal, and includes a liquid crystal display (LCD), an organic light emitting diode (OLED) May be included.
The role and function of a glass in a flat panel display such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) or an organic light emitting diode (OLED) is extremely important because it depends on the functions of a plurality of circuit elements formed on the substrate This is because the overall quality of the display is affected. The substrate for a flat display has a property that it is very susceptible to impact from the outside due to its characteristics, so special care is required in handling.
On the other hand, in the manufacturing process for manufacturing a flat panel display, substrates on which any process is completed are generally mounted on a cassette, and cassettes on which the substrates are mounted are transported to a cassette storage system Cassette shelf, and then transported to other equipment that performs other processes.
This is to solve the buffering problem caused by the difference between the substrate processing capability and the processing time of each equipment performing each process. At this time, a stocker apparatus can be used as means for moving the cassettes.

Since the
Therefore, conventionally, a level balancing operation for reducing the level deviation of the
The level balancing operation of the
However, in the case of such a conventional method, precise balancing with respect to the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for accurately performing a level balancing operation for reducing a level deviation of a carriage, Which is capable of remarkably reducing the time and cost according to the present invention.

Of course, since the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, a mast unit (not shown) in which the
The
The
The
The
The
Although not necessarily, the
The
In addition, the
The
The guide roller R1 is rotatably engaged with the
3 and 8 to 12, the
The
At each corner of the
The up / down
On the upper surface of the
On the other hand, in order to transfer the cassette C to the
When the
Accordingly, a level balancing operation for reducing the level deviation of the
Particularly, in this embodiment, since the
In this embodiment, the
Although not necessarily, the fixing
The balancing
The
In this embodiment, the
Therefore, when the
Meanwhile, the
Therefore, a means for buffering the reaction force in the forking operation is required in the region of the
In addition, since the
If the oil is not lubricated between the
Thus, in this embodiment, the
Hereinafter, a process of performing the level balancing operation through the
First, a
After the
Then, by operating the
That is, if the balancing
According to the present embodiment having the structure and operation as described above, a level balancing operation for reducing the level deviation of the carriage 310 (see Figs. 3 and 8) can be performed precisely, Since the level deviation can be predicted, the time and cost associated with set up of the apparatus can be remarkably reduced as compared with the prior art.
