Claims (4)
- 교반기와 온도조절기 및 응축기를 장착한 반응기에 폴리에틸렌이민, 퀴논화합물, 지방산 아연염 및 저가 알코올을 투여 한 다음, 30~60℃의 온도에서 50~200RPM 속도로 교반하면서 용해시키는 탈취제 용액제조단계와;
상기 탈취제 용액제조단계가 끝난 후에 상기 반응기에 다공성 세라믹(ceramic)을 투여한 다음, 반응기 온도를 30~60℃로 유지시키면서 50~200RPM의 속도로 30분~120분 동안 교반하고, 반응기안의 압력을 1~100mmHg로 감소시켜 저가 알코올(alcohol)을 콘덴서로 응축시키면서 회수하여 다공성 담지탈취제를 제조하는 탈취제 담지단계와;
탈취제 담지단계에서 제조된 입상의 다공성 담지탈취제를 질소나 아르곤과 같은 무산소 조건에서 60~120℃의 온도로 가열하면서 2~6시간 동안 숙성시키는 숙성단계와;
니더믹서(Kneader mixer)나 밴버리믹서(banbury mixer)등의 혼합 믹서(mixer)에 상기 숙성단계에서 제조된 다공성 담지탈취제와 활제(lubricant), 산화방지제(antioxydant) 및 고분자(polymer)수지를 순차적으로 투입하여 100~270℃의 온도에서 10~60분 동안 혼합하는 혼련단계와;
상기 혼련단계에서 얻어진 컴파운드 조성물을 단축 또는 이축 압출기를 이용한 용융압출 성형과정을 통해 2~5mm 정도 크기를 갖는 고분자펠렛(polymer pellet)으로 만드는 펠렛화단계와;
상기 펠렛화단계에서 얻어진 고분자펠렛을 50~120℃의 오븐(oven)에서 건조하여 입자크기 선별과정을 거쳐 최종 알루미늄 라미네이트 필름(aluminium laminate film)으로 압착 포장하는 기밀포장단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 재생 가공 시 발생하는 악취를 제거하기 위한 탈취제 마스터배치 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈취제 용액제조단계에서는, 폴리에틸렌이민 1~30중량부, 안트라퀴논, 히드로퀴논, 나프타퀴논, 벤조퀴논중 어느 하나의 퀴논화합물 1~30중량부, 징크 리놀레이트나 징크 아베테이트와 중 어느 하나로 된 지방산 아연염 1~30중량부, 메탄올이나 에탄올, 프로판올 중 어느 하나인 저가 알코올 100중량부를 투여하며;
상기 탈취제 담지단계에서는, 다공성 알루미나(alumina)나, 다공성 탄화규소(SiC), 다공성 지르코니아(zirconia), 제올라이트(zeolite)중 어느 하나인 다공성 세라믹(ceramic) 30~200중량부를 투여하며;
상기 혼합하는 혼련단계에서는, 다공성 담지탈취제 33~290중량부와, 활제(lubricant) 0.1~1.0중량부, 산화방지제(antioxydant) 0.1~1.0중량부, 고분자(polymer)수지 100중량부를 순차적으로 투입함을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 재생 가공 시 발생하는 악취를 제거하기 위한 탈취제 마스터배치 제조방법. - 교반기와 온도조절기 및 응축기를 장착한 반응기에 폴리에틸렌이민, 안트라퀴논, 히드로퀴논, 나프타퀴논, 벤조퀴논중 어느 하나의 퀴논화합물, 징크 리놀레이트나 징크 아베테이트와 중 어느 하나로 된 지방산 아연염 및 메탄올이나 에탄올, 프로판올 중 어느 하나인 저가 알코올을 투여 한 다음, 30~60℃의 온도에서 50~200RPM 속도로 교반하면서 용해시킨 탈취제 용액에, 다공성 알루미나(alumina)나, 다공성 탄화규소(SiC), 다공성 지르코니아(zirconia), 제올라이트(zeolite)중 어느 하나인 다공성 세라믹(ceramic)을 투여하고, 반응기 온도를 30~60℃로 유지시키면서 50~200RPM의 속도로 30분~120분 동안 교반한 다음, 반응기안의 압력을 1~100mmHg로 감소시켜 저가 알코올(alcohol)을 콘덴서로 응축시키면서 회수하여 얻어진 다공성 담지탈취제를; 질소나 아르곤과 같은 무산소 조건에서 60~120℃의 온도로 가열하면서 2~6시간 동안 숙성시켜서, 니더믹서(Kneader mixer)나 밴버리믹서(banbury mixer)등의 혼합 믹서(mixer)에 상기 숙성단계에서 제조된 다공성 담지탈취제와 활제(lubricant), 산화방지제(antioxydant) 및 고분자(polymer)수지를 순차적으로 투입하여 100~270℃의 온도에서 10~60분 동안 혼합하여 혼련하고, 용융압출 성형과정을 통해 2~5mm 정도 크기를 갖는 고분자펠렛(polymer pellet)으로 만들어서; 50~120℃의 오븐(oven)에서 건조하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 재생 가공 시 발생하는 악취를 제거하기 위한 탈취제 마스터배치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
1~30중량부의 폴리에틸렌이민, 1~30중량부의 퀴논화합물, 1~30중량부의 지방산 아연염, 30~200중량부의 다공성 세라믹, 0.1~1.0중량부의 활제, 0.1~1.0중량부의 산화방지제 및 100중량부의 고분자 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 재생 가공 시 발생하는 악취를 제거하기 위한 탈취제 마스터배치.
