Abstract
본 발명에 따른 흑색 전기도금강판 제조 방법은 (a) 베이스 강판 상에 Zn-Ni 합금을 포함하여 전기도금층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 전기도금층 상에, Zn-Ni 합금을 포함하되 크롬(Cr)을 포함하지 않는 흑화 도금층을 형성하는 단계;을 포함하고, 상기 (b) 단계는 질산나트륨(NaNO3)을 포함하는 전해액에서 음극도금 방식으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흑화 전기도금강판 제조 방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 베이스 강판 상에 Zn-Ni 합금을 포함하여 전기도금층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 전기도금층 상에, 흑화 도금층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 (a) 단계는 텅스텐 함유 화합물 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 첨가제가 첨가된 Zn-Ni 도금용액에서 수행되며,
상기 계면 활성제는 콜로이달 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑화 전기도금강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
(c) 상기 흑화 도금층 상에 내지문수지층을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑화 전기도금강판 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 콜로이달 실리카는 0.3~0.5 g/L 농도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑화 전기도금강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 1~3 g/L의 농도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑화 전기도금강판 제조 방법.
