Claims (9)
- 제1항의 TPCL 고분자가 수상에서 자기조립된 TPCL 나노입자.
- 제2항의 TPCL 나노입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 암은 간암 또는 자궁경부암인 것을 특징으로 하는 항암용 조성물.
- 제2항의 TPCL 나노입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 나노약물전달용 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 약물은 항암제 또는 유전자 약물인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노약물전달용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 항암제는 독소루비신인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노약물전달용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유전자 약물은 플라스미드 DNA(plasmid DNA; pDNA) 또는 siRNA인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노약물전달용 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 미토콘드리아를 표적으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노약물전달용 조성물.
