Claims (7)
- 서열번호 1 및 2의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM001 프라이머 세트; 서열번호 3 및 4의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM002 프라이머 세트; 서열번호 5 및 6의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM003 프라이머 세트; 서열번호 7 및 8의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM004 프라이머 세트; 서열번호 9 및 10의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM005 프라이머 세트; 및 서열번호 11 및 12의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 구성되는 KWSM006 프라이머 세트가 조합된 국내 밀 품종 판별용 프라이머 세트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 국내 밀 품종은 올, 다홍, 청계, 조경, 탑동, 남해, 올그루, 고분, 조품, 연백, 신미찰 1호, 적중 및 한백으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 세트.
- 삭제
- (a) 품종을 판별할 국내 밀로부터 추출된 게놈 DNA를 주형으로 하고, 제1항의 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 게놈 DNA를 증폭하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 증폭된 산물을 국내 밀 품종 표준의 증폭된 산물과 비교하여 품종을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국내 밀의 품종 판별 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 국내 밀 품종은 올, 다홍, 청계, 조경, 탑동, 남해, 올그루, 고분, 조품, 연백, 신미찰 1호, 적중 및 한백으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 국내 밀의 품종 판별 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 프라이머 세트, DNA 중합효소, dNTPs 및 완충용액을 포함하는 국내 밀 품종 판별용 키트.
