도 2(A)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, A549 폐암 세포주에 재쑥의 추출물 (DEBIA1E)을 처리한 경우의 DR4 및 DR5의 mRNA 발현 증가를 나타낸 것이고, 도 2(B)는 상기 DR4 및 DR5의 세포 내 단백질 발현 증가를 웨스턴 블랏을 이용하여 확인한 것이다.
도 3(A)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, A549 폐암 세포주에 재쑥의 추출물 및 TRAIL 단백질을 병용 처리하는 3 가지 전략을 나타낸 것이고, 도 3(B)는 상기 3 가지 전략에 따른 A549 폐암 세포주의 상대적인 세포 생존율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4(A)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, A549 폐암 세포주에 재쑥의 추출물 및 TRAIL 단백질을 단독 또는 병용 처리한 경우의 세포 내에서의 DR5 및 CHOP 단백질의 발현량 변화를 나타낸 것이고, 도 4(B)는 상기의 경우, 아팝토시스 세포사와 관련된 단백질들의 발현량 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 재쑥의 추출물에 의한 DR5의 발현 증가가 CHOP 단백질에 의해 매개됨을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (18)
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물, 및 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL)-저항성 암은 폐암, 위암, 간암, 유방암, 전립선암, 대장암, 신장암, 피부암, 신경교종암, 갑상선암 및 혈액암으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 암인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암의 예방 또는 치료는, 상기 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물이 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL) 단백질 수용체의 발현을 증가시킴으로써 수행되는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발현이 증가되는 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL) 단백질 수용체는,
i) 사멸 수용체 4(death receptor, DR4), ii) 사멸 수용체 5(death receptor, DR5), 또는 iii) 사멸 수용체 4(death receptor, DR4) 및 사멸 수용체 5(death receptor, DR5)인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항의 조성물을 인간을 제외한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료 방법.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물, 및 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 개선용 건강 기능 식품 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL)-저항성 암은 폐암, 위암, 간암, 유방암, 전립선암, 대장암, 신장암, 피부암, 신경교종암, 갑상선암 및 혈액암으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 암인 것인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 암의 예방 또는 개선은, 상기 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물이 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL) 단백질 수용체의 발현을 증가시킴으로써 수행되는 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 발현이 증가되는 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL)단백질 수용체는,
i) 사멸 수용체 4(DR4), ii) 사멸 수용체 5(DR5), 또는 iii) 사멸 수용체 4(DR4) 및 사멸 수용체 5(DR5)인 것인 조성물.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물, 및 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 개선용 사료 첨가제.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물, 및 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 개선용 사료.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 제1 조성물; 및
종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 제2 조성물;
을 포함하는 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 치료용 키트.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 시험관(in vitro)에서의 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질 수용체의 발현을 증가시키는 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(TRAIL) 단백질 수용체는,
i) 사멸 수용체 4(DR4), ii) 사멸 수용체 5(DR5), 또는 iii) 사멸 수용체 4(DR4) 및 사멸 수용체 5(DR5)인 것인 조성물.
- 제13항 또는 제15항의 조성물을 분리된 세포 또는 인간을 제외한 개체에 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질 수용체의 발현을 증가시키는 방법.
- 재쑥의 추출물 또는 이의 분획물, 및 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL) 단백질을 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 종양 괴사 인자 관련 세포자멸사 유발 리간드(Tumor necrosis factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand, TRAIL)-저항성 암의 예방 또는 개선용 음용수 첨가제.
