Claims (7)
- 자외선을 방사하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프와, 상기 유전체 배리어 방전 램프를 수용하고 상기 유전체 배리어 방전 램프의 방사하는 자외선을 창부로부터 외부로 투과 방출시키는 기밀성 램프 하우스와, 상기 램프 하우스의 일측면을 구성하는 덮개부와, 이 덮개부의 일부를 형성하는 동시에, 상기 램프 하우스 내에 돌출되고 이 돌출부의 일측면에 상기 유전체 배리어 방전 램프의 상반부의 형상과 일치하는 오목 홈이 형성된 블록 형상의 외부 전극과, 상기 램프 하우스 내에 질소 기체를 공급하거나 배출하도록 상기 램프 하우스에 설치된 질소 유입구 및 질소 유출구를 포함하고, 상기 덮개부의 일부를 형성하는 외부 전극의 일측면부는 상기 램프 하우스의 외부에 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전극의 상기 램프 하우스의 외부에 노출되어 있는 일측면에는 방열 부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전극의 상기 램프 하우스의 외부에 노출되어 있는 일측면에는 급기구 및 이 급기구로부터 유입된 공기를 배기하는 배기구를 갖고, 상기 방열 부재를 덮도록 배치된 공기 덕트를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전극의 상기 램프 하우스의 외부에 노출되어 있는 일측면에는 방열 핀을 일체로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전극의 상기 램프 하우스의 외부에 노출되어 있는 일측면에는 급기구 및 이 급기구로부터 유입한 공기를 배기하는 배기구를 갖고, 상기 방열 핀을 덮도록 배치된 공기 덕트를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프 하우스에 있어서의 상기 질소 유입구 및 상기 질소 유출구 중 적어도 한쪽에 대향하는 부위의 상기 램프 하우스 내에 설치된 가스 확산 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가스 확산 부재는 펀칭 메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
