Description
Claims (15)
- 가열 처리에 의해 입상화한 아라미드를 포함하는 축전기 전극용 결합제.
- 분말 전극 재료와 결합제와 용제를 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하고, 그 슬러리를 집전극에 도포함으로써 제조된 전극 시트에 있어서, 결합제가 아라미드이고, 도포 후에 가열 처리하여 결합제를 입상화함으로써 얻어진 전극 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬러리가 아라미드와 분말 전극 재료의 합계를 기준으로 아라미드를 3 내지 15 중량% 함유하는 전극 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 아라미드의 결정화 온도의 근변의 온도에서 행하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드가 폴리메타페닐렌이소프탈아미드인 결합제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 330 내지 365℃의 범위 내의 온도에서 행하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 한쌍의 평판 사이 또는 금속제 롤 사이에서 열압함으로써 행하는 결합제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용제가 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 전극 시트.
- 제2항에 기재된 전극 시트를 사용한 축전기.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 기재된 전극 시트를 사용한 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 아라미드의 결정화 온도의 근변의 온도에서 행하는 전극 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아라미드가 폴리메타페닐렌이소프탈아미드인 전극 시트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 330 내지 365℃의 범위 내의 온도에서 행하는 전극 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열 처리를 한쌍의 평판 사이 또는 금속제 롤 사이에서 열압함으로써 행하는 전극 시트.
