단일FPCB(21)가 다수 열로 배열구성된 FPCB 모재원판(20)이 안착되는 하부금형(30)과, 컷터를 구비하여 하강되면서 상기 하부금형(30)에 안착된 모재원판으로부터 낱개의 단일FPCB(21)로 각각 분리시키는 상부금형(40)으로 구성되는 프레스 타발장치에 있어서,

상기 단일FPCB(21)는 캡톤테이프(26)가 부착된 두꺼운 부분과 천공홀(22)이 펀칭되는 1차 펀칭부(24) 및 나머지 FPCB 엔드라인의 얇은 부분이 펀칭되는 2차 펀칭부(25)로 구성되고,
상기 FPCB 모재원판(20)은 다수의 단일FPCB(21)가 일렬로 배치된 하나의 열이 동일하게 반복구성되어 다수 열로 구성되고, 각 열의 양측에는 각 열마다 동일한 위치에 안착공(23)이 동일하게 구비되고,
