Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- a) 폴리에스테르수지를 용융압출하여 시트를 제조하는 단계;
b) 폴리에스테르 시트를 기계방향(MD)으로 연신하는 단계;
c) 상기 폴리에스테르시트의 일면에 굴절율이 1.54 ~ 1.59인 폴리우레탄코팅조성물을 도포하여 폴리우레탄코팅층을 형성하고, 다른 면에 굴절율이 1.4 ~ 1.6인 아크릴코팅조성물을 도포하여 아크릴코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
d) 상기 코팅층이 형성된 폴리에스테르시트를 기계방향의 연신온도 이상에서 기계방향의 수직인 폭방향(TD)으로 연신하는 단계; 및
e) 230 ~ 240℃에서 열처리하는 단계;
를 포함하며, ASTM B905에 따른 접착력이 5등급 이상이고,
상기 폴리우레탄코팅조성물은 폴리올과; 나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트를 전체 이소시아네이트 함량 중 25 ~ 90 중량%로 포함하는 이소시아네이트 화합물;을 반응시켜 굴절율이 1.54 ~ 1.59인 폴리우레탄바인더를 포함하는 것인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계는 연신 후 이완(relaxation)하는 단계를 더 추가하는 광학필름의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 폴리우레탄코팅조성물은 폴리우레탄 바인더 5 ~ 30 중량%, 웨팅제 0.1 ~ 0.4 중량%, 평균입경이 100 ~ 200nm인 실리카 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량%를 포함하여 전체 고형분 함량이 2 ~ 10 중량%인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 바인더는 이온성기를 갖는 반응성 유화제와 물을 포함하여 고형분 함량이 15 ~ 30 중량%인 수성 폴리우레탄 바인더인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄코팅층은 건조도포두께가 15 ~ 80nm인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴코팅조성물은 굴절율이 1.4 ~ 1.5인 아크릴바인더, 웨팅제 0.1 ~ 0.4 중량%, 평균입경이 100 ~ 200nm인 실리카 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량%를 포함하여 전체 고형분 함량이 2 ~ 10 중량%인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴코팅층은 건조도포두께가 35 ~ 150nm인 광학필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 광학필름의 제조방법.
