미래에 창작될 디지털 콘텐트에 관한 사용권을 수립하기 위한 방법 및 장치{Method and Apparatus for Establishing Usage Rights for Digital Content to be Created in the Future}

Claims (18)

  1. 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들에 의해 수행되는 컴퓨터로 실행되는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은,
    콘텐트가 생성되기 전에, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 상기 콘텐트와 연관된 레이블(label)을 발생시키고 그리고, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 사용권을 상기 레이블과 연관시키는 단계;
    상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 사용자 환경에 관련된 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 상기 사용자 환경에 맞춘(customized) 상기 콘텐트의 인스턴스를 선택하는 단계;
    상기 콘텐트가 생성된 이후, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 상기 사용권을 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스와 연관시켜 상기 디지털 저작물을 생성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 라이브 이벤트의 발생에 의거하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 신청(subscription)에 따라 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스의 이용을 상기 사용권에 따라 허락하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나에 의해, 상기 사용자 환경에 관련된 상기 정보에 의거하여 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스를 식별하는(identifying) 정보를 제공하는 단계; 그리고
    상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들로, 상기 콘텐트의 그 식별된 인스턴스들의 하나를 선택하는 정보를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이블은 콘텐트 표시자(content indicator)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  7. 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 장치는,
    하나 이상의 프로세서들 중 적어도 하나에 작동가능하게 결합되고 (operatively coupled) 그리고, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들 중 적어도 하나에 의해 실행될 때 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들 중 적어도 하나로 하여금, 다음의 것들이 이루어지도록 하는(cause) 명령들(instructions)을 내포하는 하나 이상의 메모리들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치:
    - 콘텐트가 생성되기 이전에, 상기 콘텐트와 연관된 레이블(a label)을 발생시키고 그리고 사용권을 상기 레이블과 연관시키는 것;
    - 사용자 환경에 관련된 정보를 수신하는 것;
    - 상기 사용자 환경에 맞춘(customized) 상기 콘텐트의 인스턴스를 선택하는 것; 그리고
    - 상기 콘텐트가 생성된 이후에, 상기 사용권을 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스와 연관시켜 상기 디지털 저작물을 생성하는 것.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 라이브 이벤트의 발생에 의거하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 신청(subscription)에 따라 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나에 의해 수행될 때, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나로 하여금 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스의 이용을 상기 사용권에 따라 허락하는 것이 이루어지도록 하는 명령들을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 명령들은 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나로 하여금,
    상기 사용자 환경에 관련된 상기 정보에 의거하여 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스를 식별하는(identifying) 정보를 제공하는 것, 그리고
    상기 콘텐트의 그 식별된 인스턴스들의 하나를 선택하는 정보를 수신하는 것에 의해 선택하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 레이블은 콘텐트 표시자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 장치.
  13. 디지털 저작물을 생성하기 위한 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들에 의해 실행될 때, 상기 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치들의 적어도 하나로 하여금, 다음의 것들이 이루어지도록 하는 컴퓨터 가독 명령들을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 비일시적 컴퓨터 가독 매체(non-transitory computer-readable medium):
    - 콘텐트가 생성되기 이전에, 상기 콘텐트와 연관된 레이블(a label)을 발생시키고 그리고 사용권을 상기 레이블과 연관시키는 것;
    - 사용자 환경에 관련된 정보를 수신하는 것;
    - 상기 사용자 환경에 맞춘(customized) 상기 콘텐트의 인스턴스를 선택하는 것; 그리고
    - 상기 콘텐트가 생성된 이후에, 상기 사용권을 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스와 연관시켜 상기 디지털 저작물을 생성하는 것.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 라이브 이벤트의 발생에 의거하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 비일시적 컴퓨터 가독 매체.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스들은 신청(subscription)에 따라 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 비일시적 컴퓨터 가독 매체.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나에 의해 수행될 때, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나로 하여금 상기 콘텐트의 그 선택된 인스턴스의 이용을 상기 사용권에 따라 허락하는 것이 이루어지도록 하는 명령들을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 비일시적 컴퓨터 가독 매체.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 명령들은 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서들의 적어도 하나로 하여금,
    상기 사용자 환경에 관련된 상기 정보에 의거하여 상기 콘텐트의 하나 이상의 인스턴스를 식별하는(identifying) 정보를 제공하는 것, 그리고
    상기 콘텐트의 그 식별된 인스턴스들의 하나를 선택하는 정보를 수신하는 것에 의해 선택하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 비일시적 컴퓨터 가독 매체.
