Abstract
본 발명에 따른 유전자는 하이드록시 지방산을 생산하는 형질전환 식물 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있어, 하이드록시 지방산이 사용되는 윤활유, 페인트, 섬유소재, 의약 등의 분야에 기여할 수 있다.

도 2는 피마자에서 분리한 7종의 사이토크롬 B5 유전자의 피마자 조직별 발현 분석 결과이다.
