In general, in-line FPD automatic optical inspection captures an image of an inspection object using an optical lens and a CCD camera while guiding a display panel such as a TFT LCD panel, a PDP, a color filter, etc. It is a device that detects various defects that a user wants to find by applying an image processing algorithm. The inline inspection equipment is largely divided into a scan section, a review section and an unlaod section for detecting a defect. In order for such inspection equipment to function as an inspection system, it is important to accurately determine the position and size of the detected defect, but the role of the conveying means for guiding the plate from the scan section to the unloading section also plays an important role. Recently, as a conveying means for guiding a flat plate, an air-floating flat panel conveying device configured to convey and float a flat panel such as LCD, PDP, DLP, FPD, etc. It is the situation that is used.

A concave groove is formed on the upper surface of the ejection bolt, so a small amount of suction force is generated at the same time as the conveying bolt. BACKGROUND ART Non-contact conveying plates with suction force, which can prevent shaking, are known.

However, the conventional transfer apparatus as described above has the advantage of preventing the occurrence of stains or scratches during the inspection and measurement process because the plate is transferred without contacting the plate without contact, that is, by the flotation force, but various kinds of In order to check and measure from the inline inspection equipment, a plurality of plates that generate the flotation force must be installed at intervals from each other. Therefore, the plate is struck down or bent in the space between the plates where the float is not applied to the plate. There was a problem of not obtaining accurate inspection and measurement results from the inspection equipment. In other words, as the plates applying the buoyancy to the plate are installed apart from each other, a space without generating the buoyancy is formed, and a variety of in-line inspection equipment is installed in the free space to inspect and measure the plate to determine whether the plate is defective. However, due to the phenomenon of flattening or bending of the plate, an error occurs in the inspection and measurement results, and there was a problem in that the defect of the plate could not be found completely.
In order to solve the above problems, the plate is folded before the operation to prevent the plate from sagging or bent during transportation, but this is delayed due to the work that needs to be unnecessarily bent and the work that needs to be unfolded after inspection. Due to the damage of the product there was a problem such as an increase in the defective rate and quality deterioration.
Such a problem is more prominent in a flexible plate such as a film that bends easily due to its own weight but has a certain degree of stiffness than a rigid plate, which is hard to bend due to its rigidity among various kinds of plates. . In addition, in recent years, as a result of the installation of inspection equipment and the wide inspection and measurement of plates, the technology needs to be urgently developed to ensure accurate and intact inspection and measurement from flat plate bending or bending. to be.

In addition, in the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus of the present invention, the main plate is located on the horizontal line with the nozzle of the refraction transfer section higher than the nozzle of the horizontal transfer section, so that the flat plate moves upward from the horizontal transfer section to the refraction transfer section. As the boundary portion in contact with each other is bent, the refraction transfer section may be configured to form an inclined upward slope.
In addition, the main plate of the present invention may be configured such that the flat plate is moved upward in the refraction transfer section, but the upper surface of the central portion is formed in a circular arc concave curved surface concave downward.

According to the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, the refraction transfer section for applying the retraction force and the attraction force to the flat plate to be inspected, the horizontal transfer section for horizontal transfer and the strong repulsive force is applied while maintaining a minute distance from the main plate Since it is configured to be arranged, the flat plate is unfolded at the part where the inspection equipment is located due to the buoyancy force of the refraction transfer section during the transfer of the plate to prevent the plate from being struck or bent by its own weight. In addition to the easy inspection and measurement work, it is possible to accurately detect various defects on the plate, and furthermore, it is possible to maximize the quality while reducing the defective rate of the product.
In addition, the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention does not require the pre-treatment operation of bending the plate, or the post-treatment of the plate after inspection of the curved plate, which is performed before the operation of inspecting and measuring the plate, thus eliminating the need for work by the user. There is an effect that can facilitate the ease and convenience of the, and to increase the productivity from the rapid operation.
In addition, in the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, since the main plate forms the shape of the structure upward in the refraction transfer section, even if the fluid having the same flow rate and pressure as the horizontal transfer section is supplied to the refraction transfer section is transferred from the main plate. There is an effect that the plate can be uplifted in the refraction transfer section.
In addition, the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, even in the case of forming a wide interval between the main plate due to the various inspection equipment it is possible to support a higher position from the refraction transfer section so that the flat plate does not fall or bend Elasticity can be applied and used.

However, embodiments of the present invention may be modified in many different forms, the scope of the invention is not to be construed as limited to the embodiments described below. Embodiments of the present invention are provided to explain those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, the shape of the elements shown in the drawings and the like are shown by way of example in order to emphasize more clear description.
First, the first embodiment of the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in Figure 1 to 11, the
1 to 3, the
The
The
The
On the flat
Since the
The plate P in the present invention includes a rigid plate that is rigid and does not easily bend, and includes a flexible plate that is rigid but easily bent.
The
2 and 3, the
In the
In addition, the
As described above, when the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
Only the
It is also possible to form the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
In addition, the flat plate P is supplied to the
Although not shown in the drawing, when the
And, the
3 and 4, the coanda-
The
The

The
When the fluid is ejected from the

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 as another embodiment of the coanda-

The

As shown in FIG. 6, the
It is preferable to perform a spot facing operation corresponding to the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 8 as another embodiment of the
The flow rate of the fluid increases as the space area between the
In addition, although not shown in the drawings, it is also possible to form a support part in close contact with the inner wall of the
When the support member is formed in the
In addition, the
The
The
The
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the
Looking at the operation of the present invention as described above with reference to Figure 11, while maintaining the testable and measurable distance from the various types of inspection equipment it is possible to generate a fluid, that is air and vacuum in the
That is, according to the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, the refraction force is applied to the plate to be inspected by applying a repulsive force and a maneuver horizontally while maintaining a minute distance from the main plate and a strong repulsion force is applied to the horizontal refraction Since the transfer section is arranged, the flat plate is unfolded at the part where the inspection equipment is located due to the buoyancy force of the refraction transfer section during the transfer of the plate, thereby preventing the plate from being struck or bent due to its own weight. In addition to the easy inspection and measurement from the equipment, it is possible to accurately detect various defects on the plate, and furthermore, it is possible to maximize the quality while reducing the defective rate of the product.
In addition, the present invention eliminates the need for pretreatment of bending the plate or post-treatment of the plate after inspection of the plate, which is performed prior to the inspection and measurement of the plate, thereby facilitating the user's convenience and convenience. It is possible to increase productivity from rapid operation.
In addition, in the second embodiment of the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 12, the
The
The
That is, when the present invention is configured as in the second embodiment, the main plate forms the shape of the structure upwardly in the refraction transfer section, even if the fluid having the same flow rate and pressure as the horizontal transfer section is supplied to the refraction transfer section. The plate transferred from the plate can be upwardly moved in the deflection transfer section.
Also in the above-described second embodiment, the present invention can be implemented in the same configuration as the above-described first embodiment except for the above-described configuration, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In addition, in the third embodiment of the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 13A to 13D, the
Also in the above-described third embodiment, the present invention can be implemented in the same configuration as the above-described first and / or second embodiment except for the above-described configuration, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In addition, according to a fourth embodiment of the non-contact flat plate conveying apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 14A to 14D, the

In addition, as shown in FIG. 15, the block-type

Although not shown in the figure, the height adjustment means 350 may be provided with a driving means to move the block of the deflection transfer section (30). That is, it is preferable to configure the height adjusting means 350 from the driving means to maintain the fixed state at the adjusted height as well as the movement of the
That is, when the present invention is configured as in the fourth embodiment, even when a wide interval between main plates due to various inspection equipment is formed, it is possible to support a higher position from the refraction transfer section so that the flat plate is struck or bent. It is possible to apply more elastically so that there is no load.
