Abstract

본 발명은 젤란검을 함유하는 분사용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 정제수와 구연산나트륨이 혼합된 용액에 젤란검을 넣고 고온으로 가열한 후 다가 금속이온을 첨가하여 냉각시켜 겔화시킨 후 이를 분쇄하여 분사가 가능한 젤타입의 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 얻어진 조성물은 유동성이 거의 없는 겔형태를 띄고 있으나, 미스트 및 에어로졸과 같은 분사식 용기에 적용시에도 본래의 형태를 유지하면서 고르게 분사가 가능하며, 내용물이 피부에 분사되는 즉시 본래의 겔 형태가 유지되는 특성이 있어, 일반적인 액상 미스트가 갖는 흘러내림과 같은 단점을 보완해주고, 시각적으로 재미를 줄 수 있는 장점을 제공한다. 기존에는 겔 형태로 만들기 위해서 카보머, 셀룰로오스류, 잔탄검 등의 점증제가 다량 함유되어야 하고 이에 따라 끈적임이 높아지거나 사용감이 나빠지며, 분사가 잘 되지 않는 단점이 있으나, 젤란검은 아주 소량으로도 효과적으로 점도를 상승시킬 수 있어 좋은 사용감과 분사력을 지닌 분사용 화장료를 만들 수 있다. 표4에서와 같이 젤란검을 사용한 실시예의 경우 카보머, 잔탄검과 같은 다른 점증제를 동량 사용한 비교예 보다 탁월하게 흘러내림이 없었고, 끈적임도 적어 사용감이 우수하였다. 또한 젤란검을 사용한 경우 비교적 점증 정도가 높음에도 불구하고, 분사시에도 고르고 퍼짐성이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
