Comparative example 1 provides a pearlescent powder-containing two-layer composition prepared by the following steps:
1. putting deionized water, glycerol, nicotinamide, butanediol and xanthan gum into a main container, uniformly mixing to form phase A, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;
2. taking 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol as a C phase, cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding into a main container, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20 rpm;
3. putting deionized water and pearl powder into a container, mixing to form a uniform phase D, adding into a main container, and stirring uniformly;
4. discharging and standing to obtain the double-layer composition.
The bilayer composition containing the pearl essence provided in comparative example 1 lacks PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/cyclohexasiloxane, squalane, macadamia nut seed oil, and wheat germ oil, and the prepared appearance is pearl liquid, and after standing for 1 hour at normal temperature, the bilayer composition with the upper layer being transparent and watery and the lower layer being pearl powder is obtained, wherein the height ratio of the upper bilayer to the lower bilayer is 6.0: 1.0.
comparative example 2: double-layer composition without pearl powder
The formulation is shown in Table 4.

Comparative example 2 a pearlescent powder-free bilayer composition was prepared by the following steps:
1. putting deionized water, glycerol, nicotinamide, butanediol, xanthan gum and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil into a main container, uniformly mixing to form a phase A, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;
2. placing DC345, squalane, macadamia nut (MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA) seed oil, and wheat (TRITICUM VULGARE) germ oil in a container, mixing to form phase B, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring at 30rpm until uniform and no granule;
3. adding phase B into phase A of the main container, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20rpm without particles;
4. taking 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol as a C phase, cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding into a main container, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20 rpm;
5. discharging and standing to obtain the double-layer composition.
Comparative example 2 provides a pearlescent powder-free two-layer composition lacking pearlescent powder, the composition just prepared is milky in appearance, and after standing at room temperature for 12 hours, a milky upper layer and a transparent watery lower layer are obtained, the height ratio of the upper and lower layers being 1.0: 6.0.
comparative example 3: a cosmetic composition for lightening skin color using conventional antiseptic
The formulation is shown in Table 5.

Comparative example 3 a skin color-lightening cosmetic composition using a conventional preservative was prepared by the following steps:
1. putting deionized water, glycerol, nicotinamide, butanediol, xanthan gum and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil into a main container, uniformly mixing to form a phase A, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;
2. placing DC345 (Cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane/cyclohexasiloxane), squalane, macadamia nut (MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA) seed oil, and wheat (TRITICUM VULGARE) germ oil in a container, mixing to form phase B, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring at 30rpm until it is uniform and has no particles;
3. adding phase B into phase A of the main container, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20rpm without particles;
4. taking phenoxyethanol and methyl hydroxybenzoate as phase C, cooling to 45 deg.C, sequentially adding into main container, and homogenizing at 1000rpm for 1 min; stirring uniformly at 20 rpm;
5. putting deionized water and pearl powder into a container, mixing to form a uniform phase D, adding into a main container, and stirring uniformly;
6. discharging and standing to obtain the three-layer composition.
Comparative example 3 provides a skin color lightening cosmetic composition using a conventional preservative, which is a pearlescent milky appearance, and after standing at normal temperature for 12 hours, gives a three-layer composition of milky upper layer, transparent watery middle layer and pearlescent powdery lower layer, the height ratio of the upper, middle and lower three layers being 2.0: 4.0: 1.0.
examples 1 to 5 (a skin-lightening cosmetic composition), comparative example 1 (a two-layer composition containing pearl essence), comparative example 2 (a two-layer composition containing no pearl essence), and comparative example 3 (a skin-lightening cosmetic composition using a conventional preservative) were subjected to an effect comparison test, as follows:
1. the mildness is evaluated by the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular stimulation test (CAMVA), and the specific experimental method and evaluation criteria are as follows:
laboratory principle: directly contacting a certain amount of test substance (40 μ l) with chick embryo allantoic membrane, observing the degree of chorioallantoic membrane blood vessel injury (such as ghost blood vessel, capillary blood vessel congestion or hemorrhage) after acting for a period of time (30min), and scoring different blood vessel injury degrees to judge the irritation of the test substance.
And (4) analyzing results:
NC value: the irritation level of the test subjects was compared according to the average score size (i.e., NC value) of the vascular injury score.
Evaluation criteria:
experimental 0 < NC ≦ 2 shows irritative stimulation, i.e. no traumatic stimulation. The capillary vessels were not damaged by bleeding at this time.
The two components 2 < NC ≦ 3 are shown as slight stimulation, namely slight traumatic stimulation is generated at the moment, and capillary blood vessels are slightly hemorrhagic and injured.
And the result that < 3 > NC ≦ 5 represents moderate stimulation, namely, severe traumatic stimulation is generated at the moment, and capillary vessels have severe bleeding injury and are possibly irreversible injury.
NC > 5 indicates severe irritation, that is, extremely severe injurious irritation, and when capillary vessels bleed over a large area and the amount of bleeding is large, irreversible injury occurs.
10 chick embryos were taken from each sample and the evaluation results are shown in Table 6.

The results in Table 6 show that examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 are temperature-uniformed and non-irritating; comparative example 3 showed slight damaging irritation due to the use of the conventional preservative, and was not qualified.
2. Sensory evaluation and efficacy testing: examples 1-5 (a skin lightening cosmetic composition), comparative example 1 (a pearlescent powder-containing bilayer composition), and comparative example 2 (a pearlescent powder-free bilayer composition) were evaluated by 20 trained professional evaluators, and after trial, questionnaires were filled out.
(1) How do you think the instant lightening effect of the product? Score ()
(2) How do you think the product has a contouring effect? Score ()
(3) How do you like the appearance of the product? Score ()
(4) How do you think the product is moist? Score ()
(5) How do you have an overall satisfaction with the product? Score ()
Scores of 0, 1,2, 3 indicate very poor, not good, fair, and good, respectively.
And (4) after statistics is carried out on the questionnaire, a radar chart is prepared, and the larger the area in the chart is, the better the comprehensive index of the product is.
The evaluation results are shown in fig. 1, and the results in fig. 1 show that the macadamia nut seed oil and the wheat germ oil are absent in example 1, the wheat germ oil is absent in example 2, and the moistening degree is poor in examples 1-2 and comparative example 3; example 4, the addition amount of the pearl powder is too low, and example 5, the addition amount of the pearl powder is too high, so that the instant brightening effect and the contour modification effect are not good; comparative example 1 is a two-layer composition containing pearl essence, and the preference and the moistening degree of the appearance are lower than those of examples 1 to 5; comparative example 2 is a two-layer composition without pearl powder, the immediate brightening effect, the effect of modifying the profile being 0; the wettability, the immediate brightening effect, and the contouring effect of example 3 were all superior to those of examples 1-2, examples 4-5, and comparative examples 1-2.
In conclusion, in the evaluation results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the comprehensive index of example 3 is the best, and the comprehensive index of examples 1 to 5 is obviously superior to that of comparative examples 1 and 2. Therefore, the product of the invention can achieve excellent indexes and is popular with consumers due to the unique three-layer appearance system of the product.
The skin color lightening cosmetic compositions provided in examples 6 to 10 can also achieve the effects of moisturizing, immediate lightening, and contouring.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The cosmetic composition for lightening the skin color is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
50-80% of deionized water, 0.5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-5% of nicotinamide, 0.5-10% of butanediol, 1-8% of antibacterial agent, 0.01-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.1-2% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 5-30% of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/cyclohexasiloxane, 0.1-2% of squalane, 0.1-2% of macadamia nut seed oil, 0.1-2% of wheat germ oil and 1-5% of pearl powder.
2. The skin lightening cosmetic composition of claim 1 wherein the pearlescent flakes are a mixture of synthetic fluorophlogopite, titanium dioxide, tin oxide.
3. The skin color lightening cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent is 1, 2-hexanediol and/or 1, 2-pentanediol.
4. The skin lightening cosmetic composition of claim 3, wherein 1, 2-hexanediol is present in an amount of from 0.5% to 4% of the skin lightening cosmetic composition.
5. The skin lightening cosmetic composition of claim 4, wherein the 1, 2-pentanediol is present in the skin lightening cosmetic composition in an amount of from 0.5% to 4%.
6. The skin color lightening cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the skin color lightening cosmetic composition has a three-layer structure in a static state.
7. Use of the skin color lightening cosmetic composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 in cosmetics having skin lightening and skin care effects.
8. A method for preparing a skin-lightening cosmetic composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, proportionally mixing glycerol, nicotinamide, butanediol, xanthan gum, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and part of deionized water in a main container to form phase A, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;
s2, putting cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/cyclohexasiloxane, squalane, macadamia nut seed oil and wheat germ oil into a container, uniformly mixing to form a phase B, heating to 75-90 ℃, and stirring until uniform particles are avoided;
s3, adding the phase B obtained in the step S2 into the phase A of the main container, homogenizing, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and free of particles;
s4, setting the antibacterial agent as phase C, cooling the product of S3 to 40-50 ℃, adding the product into the main container, homogenizing and uniformly stirring;
s5, placing the rest deionized water and the pearl powder in a container, mixing to form a uniform D phase, adding the D phase into the main container, and stirring uniformly;
s6, discharging, and bottling to obtain the cosmetic composition for brightening the skin color.
9. The method for preparing a skin-tone-brightening cosmetic composition according to claim 8, wherein the homogenization conditions in steps S3 and S4 are 800-1500rpm for 30-300S.
10. The method for preparing a skin color lightening cosmetic composition according to claim 8, wherein the rotation speed at the time of the stirring is 20 to 50 rpm.
