Claims (9)
- 주석 함유 금속스크랩 또는 금속 부산물로 구성된 양극 및 순수주석으로 구성된 음극을 이격 설치하는 단계(단계 1);
메탄술폰주석 및 메탄술폰산을 포함하는 메탄술폰화 전해액 내에서 상기 양극 및 음극에 전류를 인가하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 인가된 전류에 의해 양극 표면에 귀금속이 농축된 양극슬라임을 형성시키고, 음극에 주석을 석출시키는 단계(단계 3)를 포함하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2는 전류밀도 0.1 내지 10 A/dm2(ASD)에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3은 황산 및 미세필터를 이용하여 전해액 내의 금속불순물을 제거 및 여과하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주석 함유 금속스크랩은 주석-비스무스, 주석-은, 주석-구리, 주석-금, 주석-납 및 주석-은-동으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탄술폰화 전해액은 상기 메탄술폰주석 20 내지 150 g/ℓ 및 상기 메탄술폰산 50 내지 250 g/ℓ로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메탄술폰화 전해액은 0.1 내지 10 g/ℓ 방향족 아민류, 0.1 내지 10 g/ℓ티오화합물 및 0.01 내지 5 g/ℓ 비이온성 계면활성제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 아민류는 레소시놀(resorcinol), 카테콜(catechol), 하이드로퀴논(hydroquinone), 피로갈롤(pyrogallol), 폴로로글루시놀(phloroglucinol) 및 트리하이드록시벤존으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 티오화합물은 티올(thiol), 티오페놀(thiophenol), 티오우레아(tiourea), 이황화물(disulfide), 티오알콜(thioalcohol), 슬핀산, 술폰산 및 알킬황산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 주석의 전해정련방법.
