Claims (8)
- 하수 슬러지를 수용하여 탈수하는 슬러지 저장조(2)와,
슬러지저장조(2)의 슬러지를 공급받는 탈수슬러지 혼합기(30)와,
탈수슬러지 혼합기(30)로 부터 슬러지를 공급받아 건조하는 건조기(40)와,
건조기(40)에 발생되는 배기가스를 수용하여 집진하는 싸이클론(60)과,
상기 싸이클론(60)과 연결되어 탈습하는 충돌식탈습탑(66)과,
상기한 건조기(40)에서 슬러지를 건조한 후 그 건조된 슬러지를 송급받아 슬러지를 탄화시키는 슬러지 탄화기(70)와,
슬러지탄화기(70)에서 생성되는 배기가스를 연료로 사용하기 위해 그 가스를 저장하는 가스버퍼탱크(105)와,
보일러(110)에 연결되며 배기가스를 수용하는 절탄기(116)와,
절탄기(116)와 연결되어 공급받는 보일러 연소 배기가스의 필터링 집진을 위해 설치되는 여과집진기(120)와,
여과집진기(120)와 연결되어 배기가스를 세정하여 대기로 배출시키는 습식세정탑(121)을 포함하며,
상기한 슬러지 탄화기(70)는 오일저장탱크(97)로 부터의 오일의 공급과 점화로(101)의 작동으로 열원을 공급받음과 아울러 싸이클론(60)과 충돌식탈습탑(66)을 거쳐 배기되는 가스의 열원을 공급받으며, 슬러지 탄화기(70)의 탄화 처리 후 배기되는 가스는 가스버너탱크(105)에 저장되어 보일러(110)로 보내어져 연소열로 사용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기한 탈수슬러지 혼합기(30)는 슬러지저장조(2)의 슬러지를 공급 받아 이를 건조기(40)에 공급하여 슬러지를 건조시킨 후, 건조기(40)에서 건조된 슬러지를 탈수슬러지혼합기(30)로 재차 회송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기한 여과집진기(120)에는 활성탄저장조(122)와 소석회저장조(125)가 연결되어, 활성탄과 소석회가 공급되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기한 보일러(110)에는 폐유기물 재생처리장치가 연결되어, 폐유기물을 처리한 후 발생하는 건조 증기를 수집하여 생성된 오일과 폐가스가 공급되어 보일러(110)의 작동 열원으로 사용하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기한 폐유기물 재생처리장치는,
전처리한 EPR 폐기물 및 매립물을 수용하여 건조하는 열풍건조기(209)와,
열풍건조기(209)에 열풍을 송급하기 위한 열풍건조 공급팬(21)과,
열풍건조기공급팬(210)에 의한 송급으로 송풍된 공기에 열을 가하여 이를 열풍건조기에 송급하기 위해 설치되는 열풍건조기열교환기(208)와,
열풍건조기(209)에서 건조된 폐기물을 탄화시키는 탄화기(80)와,
탄화처리시 발생되는 유증가스를 수집하여 오일을 수집하는 오일수집탱크(90)와,
수집된 오일 내의 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거기(93)와,
이물질제거기(93)에서 이물질이 제거된 오일을 저장하며 저장된 오일은 보일러(110)로 공급되게 설치되는 오일저장탱크(97)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄화기(70)에는 오일공급펌프(100)에 의하여 오일저장탱크(97)에 저장된 오일이 공급되어, 탄화기(80)의 연소 열원으로 사용하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템 - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기한 오일수집탱크(90)에서 배기되는 가스는 가스버퍼탱크(105)에 수집되어 보일러(110)의 연소열로 사용하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 EPR 폐기물의 탄화 생성물의 재활용 시스템
