Claims (4)
- 중앙부분이 천공되고, 천공된 부분의 내주면이 단차져 형성된 안착면(111)을 구비한 수용케이스(110);
가장자리가 상기 안착면(111)에 안착되어 상기 수용케이스에 수용되는 진동판(120);
상기 진동판(120)에 적층되고, 세라믹 소재의 PZT(piezo-electric transducer)로 이루어져, 상면과 하면에 형성된 상면 실버페이스트(141)와 하면 실버페이스트(142)를 통해, 교류신호 공급부로부터 교류신호를 공급받아 수축 및 팽창하여 상기 진동판(120)을 진동시키는 압전체(140); 및
상기 상면 실버페이스트(141)의 상면에 소정크기의 금속편 형상으로 접착되는 댐퍼(150);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전스피커. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 진동판(120)은
중앙부위가 오목하게 이루어져 공간을 구비하는 제1 진동판(121)과 상기 제1 진동판(121)의 공간에 수용되는 제2 진동판(122)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전스피커. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 진동판(120)은
중앙부위에 소정깊이만큼 파인 원형의 골이 형성되어 골을 경계로 외측의 제1 진동판(121)과 내측의 제2 진동판(122)으로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전스피커. - 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 진동판(120)은 수정, 로셸염, 티탄산바륨 또는 알루미늄 중 어느 하나의 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전스피커.
