도 3은 본 발명인 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이 제조방법의 제2 실시예를 순차적으로 나타낸 순서도이다.

- 제1 렌즈;
상기 제1 렌즈 하부에 위치하는 제2 렌즈; 및
상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈 사이에, 상기 제1 렌즈 및 상기 제2 렌즈 중 적어도 하나의 유효 반경 외측으로 형성된 불투명층;을 포함하고,
상기 불투명층은 상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈를 상호 부착시키는 접착층에 광 조사를 통해 형성된 것인 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 유기물 접착제를 포함하는, 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 유기물 접착제는 열경화성 접착제를 포함하는, 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제1 렌즈 하부로 제2 렌즈를 위치시키는 단계;
광이 상기 제1 렌즈 및 상기 제2 렌즈 중 적어도 하나의 유효 반경 외측으로 조사되어 상기 제1 렌즈 및 상기 제2 렌즈 중 적어도 하나에 상기 광의 광 에너지가 흡수되는 단계; 및
상기 흡수된 광 에너지가 상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈 사이에 불투명층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈 제조방법.
- 제1 렌즈 하부로 접착층을 사이에 두고 제2 렌즈를 위치시키는 단계;
광이 상기 제1 렌즈 및 상기 제2 렌즈 중 적어도 하나의 유효 반경 외측으로 조사되어 상기 접착층에 상기 광의 광 에너지가 흡수되는 단계; 및
상기 흡수된 광 에너지가 상기 접착층을 불투명층으로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 불투명층이 형성된 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈 제조방법.
