Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기 (A), (B) 및 (C)를 포함하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물:
(A) 극성 코-모노머 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌 코폴리머로서, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 내 극성 코-모노머 단위의 양이 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머의 총량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이상이며,
(B) 프로필렌 모노머 단위 및 적어도 4 개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알파-올레핀의 모노머 단위를 포함하는 올레핀 코폴리머로서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머가 110℃ 이하의 융점을 가지며, 또한
(C) 상기 반도전성 폴리머 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량%의 카본 블랙을 포함하며,
상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 메탈로센 중합 촉매를 이용하여 제조됨. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 상기 올레핀 코폴리머의 총량을 기준으로 40 중량% 이하의, 적어도 4개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알파-올레핀 함량을 가지는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 5 중량% 이상의, 적어도 4개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알파-올레핀 함량을 가지는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 95℃ 이하의 융점을 가지는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 에틸렌 모노머 단위를 추가로 포함하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)의 총량 중 10 중량% 이하의 에틸렌 함량을 가지는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 상기 폴리머 조성물의 총량 중 3 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)가 상기 폴리머 조성물의 총량 중 12 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 (A) 내에 함유된 극성 코모노머는 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴레이트, 아세테이트 및 비닐 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 (A)는 상기 반도전성 조성물의 총량 중 30 내지 65 중량%의 양으로 상기 조성물 내에 존재하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 (A)와 상기 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)의 총량에 대한 올레핀 코폴리머 (B)의 중량비율이 20 이하인 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 염기성의, 무기 충전재를 추가로 포함하는 반도전성 폴리머 조성물.
- 전도체, 절연층 및 적어도 하나의 반도전성층을 포함하는 전력 케이블로서, 상기 적어도 하나의 반도전성층이 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 반도전성 폴리머 조성물을 포함하는 전력 케이블.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 절연층이 에틸렌 폴리머를 포함하는 전력 케이블.
