Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 광학 위상차 막의 일 구현예의 개략적인 수직 단면도이다.
도 2는 광학 위상차 막의 복굴절 측정을 위해 본 출원에서 사용된 광학계의 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1, 실시예 2 및 비교예에 따른 광중합 전의 액정 혼합물의 온도에 따른 복굴절 변화를 측정한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1, 실시예 2 및 비교예에 따라 제조된 광학 위상차 막의 온도에 따른 복굴절 변화를 측정한 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1, 실시예 2 및 비교예에 따른 광학 위상차 막의 입사각에 따른 위상차 변화를 측정한 그래프이다.

- (a1) 제1 배향막 및 제2 배향막을 준비하는 단계;
(a2) 상기 2개의 배향막 사이에 스페이서를 개재하되, 각 배향막의 배향처리된 면이 서로 마주보도록 위치시키는 단계;
(a3) 상기 두 배향막 사이에 광경화성 액정 단량체, 상기 광경화성 액정 단량체의 액정 온도 범위에서 등방성을 갖는 비경화성 액정 및 광개시제를 포함하는 액정층 형성용 조성물을 상기 광경화성 액정 단량체의 액정 온도 하에서 주입하는 단계; 및
(a4) 상기 광경화성 액정 단량체의 액정 온도를 유지하며 자외선을 조사하여 광경화성 액정 단량체를 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 복굴절 값이 조정된 광학 위상차 막의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 액정 단량체와 상기 비경화성 액정의 혼합 중량비는 광경화성 액정 단량체와 비경화성 액정의 혼합물 전체 중량에 대하여 비경화성 액정이 30중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 위상차 막의 제조방법.
