검은콩 된장과 낫또를 각각 별도 추출한 단일 추출물과, 상기 4 종의 천연 식물을 혼합하여 추출한 복합 추출물의 DPPH 항산화능을 확인하였다.

(1) 시험법(1) test method
사전에 배양된 세균과 비듬균 및 효모 등의 미생물을 각각 멸균된 평판 배지에 도말한 뒤, 본 발명에 따른 천연 복합 추출물을 디스크 확산법에 따라 멸균된 페이퍼 디스크에 동일한 농도로 점적한 후, 미생물이 도말된 평판배지에 올려 적정온도에서 배양한 뒤, 생육 저지환(Clear zone)의 크기를 측정하였다.

(1) 시험법(1) test method
8 주령 된 C57BL/6 마우스의 등 부위의 털을 면도날로 완전히 제거한 후, 본 발명에 따른 천연 복합 추출물을 매일 2 회 면도 부위에 도포하고, 대조군에는 증류수를 도포하였다. 총 3 주 동안 도포하면서 발모 상태를 관찰하였으며, 털을 제거한 면적에 대하여 신생모가 자란 비율을 구하여 비교하였다.

4. 피부 자극 시험4. Skin irritation test
(1) 시험법 : 건강한 성인 남녀 20 명을 대상으로 패치를 이용하여 피부 자극 실험을 실시하였다. 10 % SDS 용액을 양성 대조군으로 사용하였으며, 10 % SDS 와 복합 추출물을 1 : 1 비율로 패치에 도포하여 피험자의 복부에 부착하고, 24 시간 후 자극 정도를 판정하였다. 음성대조군으로는 증류수를 사용하였다.
(1) Test Method: Skin irritation experiments were performed using 20 patches on healthy adults and men. A 10% SDS solution was used as a positive control, and 10% SDS and the complex extract were applied to the patch by applying a 1: 1 ratio to the subject's abdomen, and the degree of stimulation was determined after 24 hours. Distilled water was used as a negative control.

(2) 결론 : 양성 대조군인 10% SDS 에서의 자극성 지수 평균이 표 5 에서와 같이, 2.75 인데 반해, 복합 추출물을 1 : 1 로 처리할 경우, 0.35 로 자극이 거의 없는 것으로 확인되었다.
CONCLUSIONS: The mean irritancy index of 10% SDS, which is a positive control, was 2.75, as shown in Table 5. However, when the combined extract was treated with 1: 1, 0.35 showed little irritation.
