도 2는 본 발명 기어의 전조 방법을 도시해 보인 분리 사시도.

도 4는 본 발명 기어의 전조 방법에서 롤러의 전조 가공공정을 도시해 보인 정면도.

Claims (2)
- 기어의 제조방법에 있어서,
소정의 규격만큼 절단된 금속봉 형상의 소재를 CNC선반에 투입하여 기어(8)의 이를 제외한 부분을 정밀 가공을 고려한 여유 치를 남기고 가공하는 선반 가공 공정단계(1)와;
상기 선반 가공 공정단계(1)를 거쳐 기어(8)의 이를 절삭하는 치절삭 가공 공정단계(2)와;
상기 치절삭 가공 공정단계(2)를 거쳐 전조기에 가공하는 기어(8)와 동일한 치형을 갖는 것은 물론 이동측과 고정측으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 다이스(7, 7') 사이로 위치시켜 기어(8)의 치형과 맞물려 롤링하는 압력에 의해 압착하여 표면을 매끄럽고 균일하게 성형하는 1차 롤러전조 가공 공정단계(3)와;
상기 1차 롤러 전조 가공 공정단계(3)를 거친 기어(8)를 열처리하는 열처리 공정단계(4)와;
상기 열처리 공정단계(4)를 거친 기어(8)의 치형 정밀도를 최종 검사하여 완료하며,
상기 기어(8)를 최종 검사하여 치형의 정밀도가 떨어지는 경우에는 2차 롤러전조 가공 공정단계(5)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어의 제조방법. - 삭제
