Claims (2)
- 2개의 강관의 단부에 각각 형성된 플레어부와, 상기 플레어부에 각각 접촉하는 루즈 플랜지를 갖고,
상기 강관의 중심축에 대한 상기 플레어부의 단부면의 각도 θ[°]가 87°내지 89°인 것을 특징으로 하는, 루즈 플랜지식 플레어 관 조인트. - 강관의 단부를 플랜징 가공함으로써, 상기 강관의 중심축에 대한 플레어부의 단부면의 각도 θ[°]가 87°내지 89°인 상기 플레어부를 형성하는 공정과,
2개의 상기 강관의 단부에 각각 형성된 상기 플레어부를 접합시키는 공정과,
상기 접합된 플레어부를 2개의 루즈 플랜지에 의해 끼움 지지하여, 기계적으로 체결하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 루즈 플랜지식 플레어 관 조인트를 사용한 강관의 접합 방법.
