The present invention relates to a method for automatically removing a cell dummy, and more particularly, to automatically remove a dummy formed on a substrate, thereby not only maintaining a constant yield at all times regardless of the skill of the operator, but also damaging the cell during cutting. The present invention relates to a method for automatically removing a cell dummy which can be prevented.
Due to the depletion of chemical energy such as coal and petroleum and environmental pollution caused by the use of chemical energy, efforts are being made to develop alternative energy. One of them is photovoltaic power generation using solar energy.
Photovoltaic power generation is a series of technologies that convert solar energy (solar heat or sunlight) into electrical energy.
Briefly, the basic principle is that when solar light is irradiated to a solar cell composed of a pn junction semiconductor, electron and hole pairs are generated by light energy, and electrons and holes move across the n and p layers. The electromotive force is generated by the photovoltaic effect through which the current flows, and the result of the current flowing to the externally connected load is used.
As described above, in order to convert the solar energy in the indefinite and pollution-free into electric energy, the development of a technology for a solar battery module for condensing sunlight is required.
Although not identical, a single solar module, like an LCD process or a semiconductor process, must go through multiple devices or systems.
In order to form a cell unit used in the solar cell panel, a pattern is repeatedly formed through a predetermined process in block units on a large-area substrate. The patterns thus formed are called cells. The formed cell unit is finally cut into cell units to be used in the solar panel, wherein the

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described an operating state according to the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 17 and 18, before the
Next, the
The stick seated on the
Next, the
That is, the
Next, referring to FIGS. 12 and 19, the adsorption unit
Next, the rotational force transmitted to the
Thereafter, the
Next, as the
At this time, the
For example, the driving
For example, if the groove width (W1) of the drive cam connected to the first adsorption plate is 1, the groove width (W2) of the drive cam connected to the second adsorption plate is formed to be larger than this to gradually increase the width of the groove toward the neighboring adsorption plate. The first hook piece to be hit by the distance between the cam projection and the locking projection is hit with a parallax.
Here, although the
Next, referring to FIGS. 5, 9, and 20, while the
At this time, the
Here, the position shifting of the
Next, referring to FIGS. 10 and 19, when the suction plate
The restored
At this time, the
As described above, the drive cams respectively installed in the plurality of adsorption plates have different groove widths, so that the cams are sequentially restored horizontally from the adsorption plate on one side even during restoration.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, the cutting unit spacing adjusting unit is arranged to align the
As shown in FIG. 16, when the
For example, in the
As described above, since the dummy is attached to the left or right side of the cell when the cell is separated, the mobility of the cutting part operates within a range that can be cut even if the dummy is located on the opposite or right side.
Next, when the position adjustment of the
The lowered cutting part
In this case, the
Next, the cells from which the dummy is removed are removed by vacuum adsorption of the adsorption plate and then transported to the outside using a separate transport means (not shown). Done.
The separation and removal of the cells from the stick can be performed automatically, reducing the time required to remove the piles and minimizing the cell damage that can occur during the removal of the piles. Will be.
