Claims (4)
- 소각로에서 발생되는 클링커의 부착에 의한 내화벽돌의 손상을 방지하도록 화격자에 인접한 내화벽돌을 대체하여 설치되는 소각로용 내열강 블럭으로서 상기 내열강 블럭은 배면측이 개방된 내부가 빈 육면체 형상의 케이싱(100)과, 케이싱 내측 공간에 내화재로서 충진된 캐스타블(101)로 구성된 소각로용 내열강 블럭에 있어서, 상기 케이싱은 크롬 15 - 28중량부에 대하여 니켈 11 - 37 중량부, 탄소 0.20 - 0.70 중량부, 실리콘 2.50 중량부, 망간 2.00 중량부, 인 0.040 중량부, 황 0.040 중량부로 된 내열강 조성물로 형성되고, 소각로 운전온도에서의 열팽창 및 캐스타블로 부터 발생되는 가스에 의한 변형을 방지하도록 상기 케이싱의 노출되는 정면에는 복수개의 구멍(102)들이 형성되며, 케이싱(100)의 대향된 내측 측면들에는 앵커(110)가 대향되게 접합되어 캐스타블과 케이싱을 일체화하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소각로용 내열강 블럭.
