Claims (9)
- 하기 식 (1)(식 중에, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다. R2는 CH2 또는 C2H4를 나타낸다.)으로 표시되는 모노머(a) 30∼95 중량%, 폴리옥시알킬렌 사슬 및 중합성 이중결합을 갖는 모노머(b) 5∼60 중량%, 및 그 밖의 중합성 모노머(c) 0∼50 중량%로 이루어진 모노머 성분을 공중합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 미립자로서,상기 모노머(b)는 하기 식 (2)(식 중에, R3 및 R4는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다. R5는 수소, 메틸기, SO3H, SO3Na 또는 SO3NH4를 나타낸다. n은 6∼300의 정수를 나타낸다.)으로 표시되는 화합물 및 하기 식 (3)(식 중에, R6 및 R8은 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다. R9는 수소, 메틸기, SO3H, SO3Na 또는 SO3NH4를 나타낸다. R7은 CH2 또는를 나타낸다. m은 6∼300의 정수를 나타낸다.)으로 표시되는 화합물의 적어도 하나이고,상기 그 밖의 중합성 모노머(c)는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 말레산을 포함하는 카르복실산기 함유 화합물; 초산비닐을 포함하는 비닐모노머 화합물; 아크릴산 2-히드록시에틸, 아크릴산 히드록시프로필을 포함하는 수산기 함유 화합물; N-비닐아세트아미드; N-비닐포름아미드; N-비닐피롤리돈; N-비닐이미다졸; 아크릴로니트릴; 메틸아크릴레이트를 포함하는 아크릴산에스테르; 메타크릴산메틸을 포함하는 메타크릴산에스테르; 스티렌; 불포화 이중결합 함유 계면활성제; 아크릴아미드; 메타크릴아미드; N-메틸아크릴아미드; 비닐술폰산; 알릴술폰산; 스티렌술폰산소다; 2-아크릴아미드-2-메틸프로판술폰산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 미립자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모노머(b)는 폴리옥시알킬렌 사슬을 50 중량% 이상 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교성 미립자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 가교성 미립자 및 친수성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수처리제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 친수성 수지는 산가 200 이상 또는 수산기가 200 이상의 아크릴 수지, 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시메틸셀룰로스 및 이들의 변성 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수처리제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가교성 미립자와 상기 친수성 수지의 중량 기준 배합비는 1/99 ∼ 80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수처리제.
- 제 3항의 친수처리제를 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수피막 피복방법.
- 제 4항의 친수처리제를 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수피막 피복방법.
- 제 6항의 친수피막 피복방법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수피막.
- 제 7항의 친수피막 피복방법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수피막.
