Claims (10)
- 가교제가 고착된 폴리비닐알코올 필름에 있어서, 물 또는 0.9% 생리식염수에 대한 흡수도가 300~1000%, 겔화율이 70~100% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지. (단, 흡수도: 30℃의 항온수조에서 48시간 방치한 후 50℃에서 진공건조법으로 측정한 무게 비.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 부탄테트라카르복시산, 사과산, 시트르산 또는 디메틸올 디하이드록시에틸렌 우레아(Dimethylol dihydroxyethylene urea) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지.

- 촉매가 포함된 가교제 수용액에 폴리비닐알코올 필름을 침지하고 가교제를 고착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 물 또는 0.9% 생리식염수에 대한 흡수도가 300~1000%, 겔화율이 70~100% 인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법. (단, 흡수도: 30℃의 항온수조에서 48시간 방치한 후 50℃에서 진공건조법으로 측정한 무게 비.)

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가교제 수용액은 1 내지 20 중량% 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가교제의 고착은 140 내지 200℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 농도 0.1 내지 0.7 몰% 소듐하이포포스파이트 모노하이드레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
