Claims (4)
- 중앙 상부에 구비되고, 회전부 및 상기 회전부 하부에 구비되는 두 개의 롤러를 포함하는 슬러지 공급부와;
상기 슬러지 공급부 하부에 구비되어 슬러지가 투입되고, 축을 따라 회전하는 원통 형상의 내주면에 한쪽 극성의 직류 전원이 인가되는 드럼과;
상기 드럼과 일정 간격을 두고 무환궤도로 운행하고, 반대쪽 극성의 직류전원이 인가되는 전원 인가부, 상기 전원 인가부 하부에 구비되는 여과포, 상기 여과포 하부에 구비되고 복수 개의 구멍이 뚫리는 캐터필러, 상기 여과포와 캐터필러 사이에 구비되어 상기 캐터필러 사이로 빠지는 슬러지를 막아주는 비닐부, 및 상기 캐터필러 하부에 구비되는 체인을 포함하는 캐터필러부; 및
상기 캐터필러부 사이의 공간에 구비되어 상기 체인과 맞닿아 상기 캐터필러부를 운행시키는 복수 개의 아이들 스프라켓(Idle Sprocket)부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 침투 탈수기. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐터필러부는,
상기 전원 인가부 상부로 돌출되도록 상기 캐터필러에 고정되어, 상기 드럼과의 쇼트를 방지시키는 플라스틱 볼트와,
상기 캐터필러에 구비되어, 상기 드럼과 캐터필러부 사이로 슬러지가 빠지지 않도록 상기 캐터필러에 유동성을 부여하는 탄성체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 침투 탈수기. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 아이들 스프라켓부는,
예비 탈수가 이루어지도록 제2 아이들 스프라켓이 상기 드럼과 일정 간격으로 떨어지도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 침투 탈수기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
마지막 아이들 스프라켓측에 구비되고, 상기 캐터필러의 슬러지를 털어주는 브러시부와;
상기 브러시부 하부에 구비되어, 탈수가 완료된 슬러지를 모아 배출하는 스크류 컨베이어부; 및
상기 브러시부 반대쪽에 구비되어, 상기 캐터필러부로 물을 분사하여 세척하는 세척부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 침투 탈수기.
