Claims (4)
- 플라스틱의 용융물이 이송되는 관로를 제공하며, 둘레면에는 그 둘레면을 따라 제1방열홈이 형성된 실린더와;상기 실린더의 둘레면을 감싼채로 설치되며, 내주면에는 상기 제1방열홈에 대응된 제2방열홈이 형성되되, 하단부와 상단부에는 각각 제1방열홈 및 제2방열홈과 연통된 송풍유입구 및 송풍배출구가 형성된 히터와;상기 실린더의 하방에 설치되며, 상기 송풍유입구를 향해 냉풍을 송풍하는 냉각용 송풍기를 포함하여 구성된 플라스틱 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히터는 마주하는 한 쌍의 반원 형태로 이루어지며,송풍유입구와 송풍배출구는, 서로 접한 경계면에 각각 서로를 향해 돌출된 돌출부로 인해 상호 간에 발생한 간격으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압출기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1방열홈과 제2방열홈은 등간격으로 형성된 복수의 요홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압출기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 송풍유입구와 냉각용 송풍기 사이에는 송풍가이드가 더 설치되며,상기 송풍가이드의 내부의 단면적은 냉각용 송풍기측으로부터 송풍유입구측으로 갈수록 점점 좁아지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 압출기.
