Claims (6)
- 플레이트형 리드단자;상기 플레이트형 리드단자가 삽입되어 연결되어 있는 밸브메탈;상기 밸브메탈의 상부에 형성된 산화 피막층;상기 산화 피막층의 상부에 형성된 전도성 고분자층; 및상기 전도성 고분자층 상부에 형성된 음극층으로 이루어진 커패시터 소자를 포함하며,상기 플레이트형 리드단자는, 두께 10 내지 500㎛, 폭 100 내지 5000㎛, 길이 1mm 내지 15mm이고, 알루미늄, 탄탈륨, 니오비움, 바나듐, 티탄, 및 지르코늄로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속으로 이루어진 것이며, 리드프레임의 양극리드와 실버 접착제로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브메탈은 각형 또는 원통형의 형상을 가지며, 알루미늄, 탄탈륨, 니오비움, 바나듐, 티탄, 및 지르코늄을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 커패시터.
