Claims (4)
- 모터 펌프에 있어서,
상하로 개방된 모터 프레임의 내측에 스테이터와 로터가 설치된 모터 본체와;
상기 모터프레임의 상부를 폐쇄하게 결합되며 상기 모터 본체의 로터와 결합되는 샤프트를 회전가능하게 지지하는 상부 베어링이 설치되는 상부 하우징과;
상기 모터프레임의 하부를 폐쇄하게 결합되며 상기 샤프트를 지지하는 하부 베어링이 설치되는 하부 하우징과;
상기 하부 하우징 하부에서 상기 모터 프레임을 에워싸게 결합되어 메인 냉각 공간을 갖게 형성되며 냉각유가 충진된 냉각 챔버와;
상기 냉각챔버 내에 상기 모터 프레임을 향하는 상방으로 연장되게 설치되어 상기 냉각 챔버에 충진된 냉각유가 상기 모터 프레임의 외벽을 따라 상승한 후 상기 냉각챔버의 내벽으로 하강하는 순환유로를 형성할 수 있도록 형성된 냉각유 순환 격벽과;
상기 냉각챔버 상의 상기 샤프트에 결합되어 회전에 의해 상기 냉각유가 상기 냉각유 순환 격벽을 따라 순환되게 하는 냉각용 임펠러와;
상기 냉각 챔버의 하부로 연장된 상기 샤프트에 결합된 양수용 임펠러의 회전에 의해 유입구를 통해 유입된 물을 토출구를 통해 배출시키는 펌핑 본체;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터펌프. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양수용 임펠러의 상면에는 상기 양수용 임펠러의 회전에 연동되어 유입된 물 또는 공기를 회전시켜 상기 냉각 챔버의 저면을 냉각시킬 수 있도록 상방으로 돌출되게 형성된 보조 냉각 날개;를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 하우징에는 상기 냉각 챔버와 연통되게 형성되어 상기 냉각유가 유입될 수 있는 보조 냉각공간을 갖게 형성되어 있고,
상기 상부 하우징에는 상기 보조 냉각공간을 제1 및 제2 분할공간으로 분할하되 상기 냉각유 순환격벽을 통해 유입된 냉각유가 상기 제1 및 제2분할공간을 경유한 후 상기 냉각유 챔버로 순환될 수 있도록 형성된 보조 격벽;을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 펌프. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유는 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 펌프.
