Claims (5)
- 마그네사이트 100중량부에 대하여 황산철 7수화물 10 ~ 20중량부를 코팅시킨 후, 황산철 7수화물이 코팅된 마그네사이트를 400 ~ 600℃으로 3 ~ 6시간 소성시켜 이를 200 ~ 400매쉬로 분쇄하여 분말화하거나, 구형, 펠렛형, 링형, 하니콤형 중 1종의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마그네사이트의 비표면적이 4,000 ~ 8,000㎠/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈황촉매는 MgO의 함량이 35 ~ 45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈황촉매는 Fe2O3의 함량이 25 ~ 35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탈황촉매는 MgO, Fe2O3 , SO3, CaO, SiO2, MnO, TiO2, Al2O3, CuO, ZnO, P2O5, K2O, NiO2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 탈황 촉매의 제조방법.
