Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 알칼리 토금속과 실리카로 구성된 옥시나이트라이드계 모체를 지니며 활성제로 유로피움이 첨가된 형광체를 고효율로 제조할 수 있으며, 습식 화학 합성에 의하여 활성체의 균일한 침전을 유도함으로써 그 발광 효율을 증가시킨 것으로 LED용 형광 물질로 사용되는 옥시나이트라이드계 형광체를 제조할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에 의해서 제조된 CaSi2O2N2:Eu의 XRD 이고,
도 3은 실시예 1과 비교예 1의 발광 스펙트럼이고,
도 4는 실시예 2와 비교예 2와 3의 발광 스펙트럼이고,
도 5는 실시예 2의 주사전자현미경 사진이다.
Claims (5)
- 알칼리 토금속 염과 유로피움(Eu) 염이 용해된 양이온 용액에, 암모늄계 침전제가 용해된 Si3N4 분산액을 pH 5 ~ 10 조건에서 점적하여 형성된 침전물을 여과 및 건조하여 Si3N4 입자표면에 유로피움이 침전된 형광체 전구체를 제조하는 단계와,
상기 형광체 전구체를 환원 가스 분위기 하에서 800 ~ 1500 ℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지며, 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 옥시나이트라이드계 형광체의 제조방법;

상기 화학식 1에서, M 은 Ca, Sr, 및 Ba 중에서 선택된 것이며, a 는 0.95 이고, b는 0.05 이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토금속은 Ca, Sr, 및 Ba 중에서 선택된 것임을 옥시나이트라이드계 형광체 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토금속 염은 0.0001 ~ 0.5 M 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시나이트라이드계 형광체 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유로피움 염은 0.0001 ~ 0.5 M 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시나이트라이드계 형광체 제조방법.
