Claims (2)
- 전동 지게차의 AC 모터에 흐르는 2상(U,V)의 전류값을 전류센서를 이용하여 센싱하는 단계;상기 센싱한 2상의 전류값을 통해 나머지 1상(W)의 전류값를 계산하여 3상의 전류값을 획득하는 단계;상기 3상(U,V,W)의 전류값 중 각각 2상(U-V,U-W,V-W)의 전류값에 대한 극성을 비교하고, 서로 극성이 같을 경우와 다를 경우를 구분하는 단계; 및상기 구분된 상태에 따라 상기 전류센서에서 각 상(U,V)의 전류를 정상적으로 센싱하고 있는지를 판단하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 각 2상의 전류 값에 대한 극성을 비교한 결과는 하이(high)와 로우(low) 상태로 구분되는 펄스 형태로 표시하고, 상기 펄스의 듀티(duty)값을 기 규정된 값과 비교하여 상기 전류센서에서의 전류 센싱이 정상적으로 이루어지고 있는지를 판단하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 지게차에 있어서 AC 모터 전류센서의 고장 및 미연결 감지방법.
