Claims (1)
- 화력발전소의 연소로(1)에서 배출되는 보텀에쉬를 콘베어벨트(2)를 이용하여 공급호퍼(5)에 수집하는 보텀에쉬 수거 및 공급단계(S10)와;상기 공급호퍼(5)에서 공급되는 보텀에쉬를 미분쇄기(10)에서 200~500메시의 크기로 분쇄하는 보텀에쉬 미분쇄단계(S20)와;상기 미분쇄기(10)로부터 공급되는 미분말을 예열탱크(20)에서 400~700℃의 간접열이나 열풍을 이용하여 수분을 제거하는 보텀에쉬 예열단계(S30)와;상기 예열탱크(20)의 미분말을 연소탱크(30)에서 900~1,250℃의 간접열을 이용하여 4~10분간 가열하는 보텀에쉬 연소단계(S40)와;상기 연소탱크(30)에서 배출되는 연소미분말을 연소상태영상판독부(36)에서 영상을 통해 정상적인 연소여부를 판독한 후, 냉각탱크(40) 또는 예열탱크(20)의 이송을 제어하는 완전연소 판독단계(S50)와;연소탱크(30)로부터 이송된 순수에쉬를 냉각송풍관(51)을 통해 공급되는 냉각송풍기(50)의 냉각공기를 이용하여 냉각하면서 400~700℃의 열풍을 생산하여 예열탱크(20)로 공급하는 순수에쉬 냉각단계(S60);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화력발전소의 보텀에쉬 재처리방법.
