Claims (11)
- 생분해성 봉합사에 있어서
그 일단부는 매듭없는 루프 구조이고, 타단부는 바늘과 결합되며,
상기 일단부 외의 부분은 트위스팅 브레이딩되어 한가닥으로 만들어진 생분해성 봉합사.
- 방사기를 이용하여, 제조된 멀티필라멘트 또는 모노 필라멘트를 보빈에 감아, 다수의 보빈을 준비하는 단계(s10);
그 다음, 보빈에 감긴 실을 쉬스(20, sheath) 및 1차코어(50)로 하여 브레이더 장치의 케리어(carrier)에 각각 꽂는 단계(s20);
그 다음, 브레이딩을 실시하여 브레이드 콜렉터(braid collector, A) 를 통과시켜, 테이크오프 롤러(take off roller, B, C), 와이어 아이릿(wire eyelet, E), 트래버스 아이릿 (traverse eyelet, F) 를 차례로 통과시킨 후, 릴보빈(reel bobbin, G) 으로 감아 쉬스 브레이딩된 실(21) 혹은 쉬스-코어 브레이딩된 실(22)을 엮는 단계(s30);

모노머가 글리코라이드(glycolide), 엘락타이드(L-lactide), 디락타이드(D-lactide), 디엘락타이드(D,L-lactide), 피다이옥사논(p-dioxnaone), 엡실론카프로락톤(epsilon-caprolactone), 트리메틸렌카보네이트 (trimethylenecarbonate)의 단독 중합 혹은 글리코라이드(glycolide) 와 엘락타이드(L-lactide) 조합 공중합, 엘락타이드(L-lactide) 와 엡실론카프로락톤 (epsilon-caprolactone)의 조합 공중합,
또는 상기 7가지 모노머들의 2종류 조합 공중합, 3종류 조합 공중합, 4종류 조합 공중합을 사용 방사하여 멀티필라멘트를 제조하거나,
이들의 조합으로 합성된 공중합체의 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
수술용 봉합사 제조방법.
- 청구항 2항 또는 3항에 있어서 수술용 봉합사의 재료가 될 수 있는 멀티 필라멘트 재료로는,
폴리그리코릭애시드(Polyglycolicacid (PGA)), 폴리글리코릭코락타이드( Polyglycolic-co-lactide , PGLA, 여기서 lactide는 D-form, L-form, DL-form을 모두 포함함),
폴리피다이옥사논(Polyp-dioxanone (PDO)), 폴리글리코릭코 엡실론 카프로락톤(polyglycolic-co-ε-caprolactone (PGCL)),
폴리엡실론 카프로락톤(polyε-caprolactone (PCL)),
폴리트리메틸렌카보네이트(Polytrimethylenecarbonate(PTMC))의 단일 성분 중합 폴리머 또는
이들 성분을 조합하여 중합한 공중합체의 폴리머를 사용하여 제조하거나 혹은
비생분해성인 나이론, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌, 실크 중 선택된 어느 한 가지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 수술용 봉합사 제조방법.
- 청구항 2항 또는 3항에 있어서,
브레이더 장치가 트위스트 2~252 캐리어 브레이더(twist 2~252 carrier braider)를 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수술용 봉합사 제조방법.
