Claims (5)
- 차량의 댐퍼 제어방법으로서,상기 차량별로 스탠다드 피치각을 기 세팅하는 제1과정과,상기 차량의 가속도 및 조향각을 감지하는 제2과정과,상기 감지된 조향각의 범위가 일정 범위를 벗어나는지를 판단하는 제3과정과,상기 판단결과, 조향각 범위가 일정 범위를 벗어나지 않은 경우, 차량의 감가속에 대한 피치각을 산출하는 제4과정과,상기 감지된 가속도와 상기 산출된 피치각을 이용하여 평균 피치각을 산출하며, 상기 산출된 평균 피치각과 상기 세팅된 스탠다드 피치각 간을 비교하여 주행중인 상기 차량의 무게중심높이를 체크하여 차고에 대응하는 제어값을 산출하는 제5과정과,상기 제어값이 상기 스탠다드 피치각보다 높을 때에 댐퍼를 하드하게 사전에 제어하고, 상기 제어값이 상기 스탠다드 피치각과 같거나 낮을 때에 댐퍼를 소프트하게 제어하는 제6과정을 포함하는 차량의 전복 방지를 위한 댐퍼 사전 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스탠다드 피치각은, 상기 차량에 운전자만 승차하여 운전하고, 적재물을 전혀 탑재하지 않은 차량을 직진으로 주행할 경우에 측정한 각인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전복 방지를 위한 댐퍼 사전 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제4과정에서의 피치각 산출은, 피치각 비율 센서부에 의해 감지된 차량의 가속 및 감속에 따른 높/낮이 값을 통해 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전복 방지를 위한 댐퍼 사전 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 피치각 산출은, 현가 장치에 장착된 height 센서부, 혹은 front나 rear측 차체의 가속도를 측정하는 G 센서부를 통해 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전복 방지를 위한 댐퍼 사전 제어방법.
